This is simply a reminder to those who may need it...

Going into nature ....getting away from all the stimulation of the city and experiencing something natural...is also sooooooo good (for many) to calm your nervous system and feel grounded again in your body.

If I'm honest, it is more relaxing and grounding and nourishing for me than bodywork 🤷‍♂️

Yesterday I went for the first time in ages and I won't bore you with poetic descriptions of how it felt but....so good and so peacefully alive. I don't go enough these days. Going to change that.

I love sharing the experience with friends sometimes but often I go alone and I have a deeper experience of peace, connection to myself and the wilderness around me. Nature is my church. (That's a quote from some poet....)

And! Yesterday I came upon a big flock of Eurasian cranes! Deer, sheep, a couple of cats and the biggest snake I've ever seen in Europe which promptly fu**ed off into the lake..

Anyway...just a reminder if its your thing too...its free, its plentiful around Berlin and its wonderful 🐍

Hi folks!
Incase there is any of you who are interested in trying out pilates, I have a wonderful recommendation.

Online or in her private studio near Schoss Bellevue. On the matt or with the reformer, she is the person to go to in Berlin for pilates.

A lovely human who will go above and beyond for your personal needs and she speaks English, French and German.
Highly recommend for a patient, kind, skilled teacher with a sense of humour 🧡

So yesterday I went to Lush for the first time in years! And I wanted to eat everything. Omg..

Anyway, they have MASSAGE BARS! I did not know this!
So I have acquired 2 of them and you have the choice of the 2 for the head, neck and shoulders at the end of your massage 🧡

The Sleep well massage bar contains:
Cocoa and shea butter, lavender, tonka, benzoin and chamomile. A gorgeous dreamy scent...

The Karma massage bar contains:
Shea butter, Patchouli, Brazilian orange, lavender and lemon grass. Divine....

The choice is yours at no extra cost 😊

Today was a beautiful prelude to the winter solstice tomorrow.... light and warmth are not sooooo far away...
Until then I'll enjoy these moments of closing my eyes and just breathing in the darkness around me ...some stillness...some quiet..a kind of an animal... hibernating peace that can only be found in the depths of winter 🖤🖤🖤
