It can work on many levels, physical, emotional, mental and energetic. The method was developed by a beautiful Indian lady, Master Kusum Modak in Pune, India after many years of studying Therapeutic Massage and Iyengar Yoga. Treatments combine deep pressure oil massage, breathing and assisted yoga stretches. A Massage lasts usually between 60 – 90 minutes and involves a whole body massage, with emphasis on the areas that need more healing. Another tool is the use of Calamus powder, mixed with oil it brings out the toxins from the body and activates the blood circulation.
