Join us for a transformative three-session course designed to release tension, cultivate deep relaxation, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. This series is for anyone experiencing pelvic floor discomfort, holding tension in the lower body, or simply seeking a gentle and nourishing practice.

Through research-based movement, restorative postures, and guided breathwork, we’ll create a supportive space to unwind, listen, and attune to the body’s needs. Mum and Baby Yoga (Up to 18 Months)
Starting on October 1st! 💙💙💙

Join us for a special Mum and Baby Yoga👶 class every Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00, designed specifically for mums with babies up to 18 months. This weekly session combines the dynamic flow of Ashtanga yoga with focused exercises to enhance pelvic floor awareness and overall body strength.

Led by our experienced yoga teacher, who is also a certified pelvic floor muscle trainer, this class offers a supportive and welcoming environment where you can bond with your baby while taking care of your body. The session will guide you through a series of gentle Ashtanga poses and movements tailored to postnatal recovery and strengthening, with special attention to the pelvic floor muscles.

Whether you are new to yoga or have prior experience, this class caters to all levels. It’s a great opportunity to reconnect with your body, improve posture, and increase strength and flexibility while engaging with your baby in a playful and relaxed atmosphere.

⏰When: Every Tuesday, 10:00 - 11:00 AM
🧘What to Bring: A yoga mat (we have yoga mats in the studio too), comfortable clothing, and any baby essentials

Pricing:

On upcoming Friday I'll teach the last class of strength in yoga. It is a big deal for me, as it has been the first class I started teaching at the Blue Panta Yoga. Not knowing how the Yogis of Wedding will perceive me, will they accept me, how many will practice with me and if they would be interested in gaining strength through the ashtanga yoga.

How little did I know! From being a teacher I became a student. I realised I will never stop learning. Every student brings a new and different history, each body has a different experience and reacts uniquely to asanas. You kept coming, we kept building our strength together, but not only in our muscles, but mostly in our breath, in our minds.

Thank you all who thought me how to be a good teacher and see you on the mat!
