Release & Restore: A 3-Session Yoga Course for Pelvic Floor Relaxation

Join us for a transformative three-session course designed to release tension, cultivate deep relaxation, and reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. This series is for anyone experiencing pelvic floor discomfort, holding tension in the lower body, or simply seeking a gentle and nourishing practice.
Through research-based movement, restorative postures, and guided breathwork, we’ll create a supportive space to unwind, listen, and attune to the body’s needs. Each session will provide tools to soften chronic holding patterns, balance the nervous system, and develop sustainable relaxation techniques for everyday life.
What to Expect:
