On 17 February, a new round of reCovery – Training on Embodied Resilience begins, aligning with Chinese New Year and the Year of the Horse — a time of movement, vitality, and fresh momentum.
The Horse brings courage, aliveness, and embodied forward motion. Not rushing ahead, but moving with clarity, strength, and choice.

A supportive moment to tend to your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and build resilience that is lived — not just understood.
This training is a slow, grounded, and experiential journey.
Through movement, somatic practices, reflection, and integration, we cultivate steadiness, capacity, and trust in our inner resources — especially in times of change.

Starting Monday, 5 January at 17:00 CET, I’m offering a series of free, 30-minute online sessions throughout January.

Short, simple practices to support your nervous system in these uncertain and fast-moving times.
We’ll use music and movement — from very subtle to more spacious — alongside breath, orienting, and simple somatic practices, supporting the nervous system to settle or gently energise, reconnect, and reset.

Come as you are — there’s no need to prepare or be in a particular state.
Any state of your nervous system is welcome.
This is a shared space to slow down, connect, and co-regulate together.

Before anything else, I want to say thank you.
For your trust, your presence, and for staying connected through a year of movement and change. Building new ground in Corfu while keeping roots in Berlin has been held by relationship — and I feel deeply grateful for that.

This year has carried a steady undercurrent of uncertainty. Many of us feel it in our bodies — as tension, fatigue, or a longing for something steady to return to.
At the end of the day, and at the close of this year, I return to simple things: walking, moving, breathing, feeling the ground. Small gestures that help me stay present inside it all.
In that spirit, I’m opening a very simple offering in January — a place to return to the body with ease.

We all carry histories that shaped our bodies long before we had words for them. Trauma bends our patterns, narrows our window of presence, and limits the choices we feel we can make.

But resilience is not something we either “have” or don’t. It grows through repeated embodied experiences — movement, breath, attunement, the gentle practice of activating and settling.

In reCovery we honour the past and build capacity for the future.
Because a world in constant flux asks for nervous systems that know how to return home to themselves.

Our past wounds don’t disappear on their own. They live in the body — whispering, tightening, shaping how we meet the world. And yet, the same body holds the capacity to grow, to reorganise, to widen the inner riverbanks of resilience.

In reCovery we heal through the body: we open attention, enter what moves us, and gently settle again — allowing past experiences to integrate at a pace that honours our nervous system.
In times as unpredictable as ours, embodied resilience is not a luxury. It’s a practice of tending to ourselves so we can stay steady, creative, and available for life.

Perhaps this is the gift you offer yourself for the coming year.

I’ve always been unconventional, an untamed soul. I studied Fine Arts, but I have always questioned what it means to be an artist.

After years of searching, I finally understood that each of us is an ARTIST who paints a picture of its existence.

Over the last decade, I have created the Local Heroes company to promote creativity, individuality, and entrepreneurship. It was my answer to globalization.

I had many conversations with small business owners. Entrepreneurship has become my back door to conversations about consciousness and overcoming obstacles.
