Last year, during the Embodied Sexuality Lab that I was facilitating together with my Open Floor colleagues at Arillas Soundgarden, I met Alison Pilling
From the very first moment, there was something alive between us — a spark, a creative current, a sense of recognition. Nothing forced. Just aliveness. We chose to follow that spark. Slowly. With curiosity. With play.

Out of that encounter, this workshop was born.
Embodied Intimacy is my invitation — our invitation — to slow down and listen to how intimacy truly lives in the body. Beyond performance. Beyond expectation. Beyond fixed roles. We approach intimacy as a relational dance shaped by movement, sensation, boundaries, consent, humour, and choice.

Now we are bringing this exploration to SOMA — the wooden dance floor I’ve been building here on Corfu — a space devoted to embodied practice, creativity, and honest connection.
What you can expect:
• Beautiful, diverse music — different sounds and emotional landscapes
• Space to play, experiment, make mistakes, and express freely
• Dance, dialogue, reflection, questions
• Exploration of embodied consent inspired by The Wheel of Consent

For me, this work is about rediscovering pleasure as something that naturally emerges when we feel safe enough to be present and real.
If something in you feels curious — you are warmly welcome join us. See the link for the registration in the comment.

Dear Berlin colleagues,
I’m subletting my praxis space in Kreuzberg, as I’ll be working less in Berlin in the coming period. Over the past seven years, I’ve built a very successful practice here, and this space has held many meaningful healing transitions. I would love to continue that spirit by co-sharing it with two other therapists or practitioners.

The studio is located on Skalitzer Str., about 200 m from Schlesisches Tor U-Bahn station. It includes a spacious living room used as the practice room, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. There is also the possibility to stay overnight if needed.
As I work as a somatic therapist, the space doesn’t look like a typical clinical therapy room. It’s occasionally used for movement-based and body-oriented sessions, which is reflected in the atmosphere — warm, grounded, and flexible rather than formal.
If three of us share the space and the responsibilities, the rent would be approximately 350 € per person per month.

If this resonates with you, feel free to reach out via private message.

We are already in the middle of Module 1 of reCovery, gathered in a small circle of embodied, curious seekers. There is something beautifully intimate and focused in this constellation — and at the same time, we feel ready to widen the space and welcome new voices into Module 2.

🌱 The Inner Landscape in Motion
Module 2 of reCovery – Embodied Parts Work (3 sessions)
Working with Parts in the Body – integrating IFS into somatic practice.
🌟 Starting March 10

Across three experiential sessions, we gently turn towards the different parts that live within us — not only as ideas, but as sensations, impulses, movements and embodied stories. We explore how these parts organise our inner and relational world, and how we can meet them with more clarity, compassion and leadership.

This is a warm and grounded space.
Less about analysing yourself — more about encountering yourself.
If you feel a quiet curiosity, you are very welcome to join us for Module 2.

Embodied resilience grows through practice, through relationship, and through shared experience.

I’m already feeling the fresh energy as we approach February 17th—Chinese New Year and the start of reCovery: Embodied Resilience. One week left to join this small, supportive group. We start with nervous system awareness, explore our inner parts, and deepen into relationships. If you’re ready for genuine attention in a safe space, this is your invitation. Let’s explore together!

Working with the body changes how learning happens.
It’s not only insight — it’s lived experience, moment by moment.
I love accompanying people who are curious about embodiment and parts work, and who want to feel the shift, not just understand it.
reCovery is a space to explore this gently, in relationship, and at your own pace

Many of you have already seen the posts about the upcoming reCovery round starting soon - on Feb 17th
Instead of repeating details, I felt like sharing something different — a bit of how this training is actually experienced by the people who joined before.
Over the next days, I’ll post a few reflections from participants.

Here’s one to start with:
“The space feels spacious, safe, and deeply well held.” Jude

If you’ve been quietly curious, or sensing into whether this might be right for you, you’re welcome to read along and see what lands.

And if you haven’t seen the course details yet, you’ll find them here:

Two very different nervous systems.
No forcing. No fixing. Just listening and adjusting.
A small reminder that connection doesn’t come from control,
but from slowing down and allowing difference to exist.
(And yes — the photo is real. Not Photoshop, not AI 🙂)

This is what differentiation can look like —
in relationships, in groups, in the body.
Couple counselling & reCovery (Module 3) explore this more deeply.

You are the Artist, let your life be a poem.

I’ve always been unconventional, an untamed soul. I studied Fine Arts, but I have always questioned what it means to be an artist.

After years of searching, I finally understood that each of us is an ARTIST who paints a picture of its existence.

Over the last decade, I have created the Local Heroes company to promote creativity, individuality, and entrepreneurship. It was my answer to globalization.

I had many conversations with small business owners. Entrepreneurship has become my back door to conversations about consciousness and overcoming obstacles.
