Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome 16 high school students to BIOTRONIK as part of Girls’ & Boys’ Day. This German initiative encourages young people to explore career paths beyond traditional stereotypes. 🎓

Twice a year, US teams up for a clothing drive to benefit our local chapter. This amazing organization doesn’t just provide professional attire for women in need, it also offers interview prep and resume support, opening doors to new career opportunities. This time, our colleagues came together, delivering bags full of donations right to Dress for Success Oregon, and filling the boutique with clothing ready to help women shine in their next steps.
The donations collected by our team help women step into interviews feeling strong and ready to shine. We love seeing how everyone contributed, from gathering and sorting to making the final drop off! Helping women build confidence and pursue their goals is what Dress for Success is all about, and we’re proud to lend a hand each year! 💙
