The Gratitude-Run-Club is meeting every Sunday at 9am in Tiergarten at the Sri Chinmoy Peace Mile close to Brandenburg Gate.

We’ll run 5 km at a moderate pace (as always you can run or walk whatever feels comfortable for you), enjoying beautiful mornings together and setting a good and healthy start for the day!

Everyone who is grateful and wants to run in a group, is warmly welcome!

Meet Sadanand – a passionate runner, gifted musician, and the heart behind one of Dublin’s most beloved music stores .ie
With a life steeped in rhythm, movement, and spiritual exploration, he brings a rare and vibrant presence to this year’s Berlin Meditation Week.

As our host, Sadanand offers more than just guidance—he holds space with authenticity, warmth, and joyful depth. His sessions are a dynamic blend of clarity and grounded wisdom, encouraging participants to discover stillness, inner freedom, and a genuine connection to life itself.

Sadanand will be leading most of the **afternoon meditation classes** and will also introduce all of the **evening meditation events**, setting a thoughtful and inspired tone for each gathering.

The first event of the Berlin Meditation Week, will be the opening of the Oneness-Café on the 3rd of May.
From 1pm on we will have some live music and chai and snacks for all visiors.
The Café will be open throughout the Meditation Week and will serve as a meeting place, hang out zone and food place.
Come over and visit us on our official opening day. -before the Mountain Silence Concert in the evening.
