Trance Dance is one of the oldest methods of coming back into movement with our own life force!

Many of us know the power of a dark, buzzing techno club. Loud, rhythmic music. Bodies moving freely in communion. A feeling of timelessness and ecstasy. Yet, many of us also know the down sides of those spaces. 

In q***r trance dance we can still get high - but on our own supply, - and our own pace! Our bodies can freely express from inside out, and we can truly move like no one is watching - because nobody is!

No special dancing skills needed!

what is it all about, than to be frisky and to dance it all out…..for you, for the ones you love, for the world...
while we are here and alive!

Wir 3 haben uns vor einiger Zeit in die Aufstellungsarbeit verliebt.
Was für ein eine achtsame Energie dieser Abend hatte!

Ilan Stephani ist für mich eine geniale Lehrerin & leidenschaftliche Forscherin und ich schätze ihre Klarheit und ihren Mut außerordentlich. Sie ist als Kollegin und Mensch eine große Inspiration!
Ich werde im Assistenz-Team mit dabei sein und freue mich jetzt schon sehr!
Zwischendurch gibt es auch die Möglichkeit von mir bodywork-Sessions zu bekommen.

Es sind noch Plätze frei und vielleicht passt es gerade in dieser wilden Zeit, an dieser intensiven, einzigartigen Reise teilzunehmen?!
