Another year around the sun ☀️

This past year brought both beautiful and difficult chapters. I struggled with burnout and SIBO, while my mom was hanging by a thread when she got meningitis. It was a year that showed me once again how fragile life is, reminding me not to take it for granted but to appreciate every moment more fully.

At the same time, it was also a year that gave me opportunities to share my passion for yoga and create deep, meaningful connections; from teaching at Turmbühne at Fusion Festival & Evolve Festival to hosting transformative retreats and trainings.

What a trip!💫 Thank you for reminding me to slow down and trust life a little more.

Entering this next year of life with more presence and a lot of gratitude 🤍

The countdown to our annual NYE Cacao & Gong gathering has begun, and we can’t wait to welcome you into this circle. 🤍

This turning of the year is about coming together in community to slow down, share ceremonial cacao, reflect on the year that’s been, and gently open to what’s ahead.
We’ll close the year with intention and rest into a double-gong bath, letting sound carry us into the new one - together, exactly as we are. 🥰

🌈 Life - always returning, but never the same.

Last time I joined the Fusion Festival line-up was 6 years ago with a DJ set at Tanzwüste. This year, I am finally back – not with a DJ gig, but with my dear DreamLab Yoga! 🧘‍♀️💫

I’ll be taking over another epic floor - catch me on Saturday at 12:30 at Turmbühne for a dreamy, grounding yoga session to stretch, breathe, and reconnect in the midst of all the magic.

Four days of mindfulness, connection and community - and what a transformation it was!✨

Witnessing the softening of shoulders, the lightness in laughter and the return of the spark in the eye was truly magical. Faces brightened, hearts opened and something deep within shifted.😌

✨A month has passed since we returned from the beautiful Inner Essence Retreat, and the energy we left with still lingers in my heart.💗

It was more than just a retreat - it was a journey back to ourselves, a moment to pause, reflect & embrace the essence of who we are.🦋
