Ganesha......❤❤❤❤

In 2004 José moved to Madrid to study acting and circus arts where he had his first contact with Yoga. Since then, he constantly learned that - and how - he can combine Yoga, theater, dance, and aerial acrobatics into his life. In 2008 he moved back to his hometown Cordoba in Argentina. There he finished his Hatha Yoga teacher training in 2011 and his Aerial Yoga teacher training in 2014. Pia Rossato (Cordoba, Argentina) introduced him to Ashtanga Yoga in 2016. He continued his practice from 2017 to 2019 with Tomas Manzanedo (authorized for levels 1 and 2, by Pattabhi Jois) in Ibiza. Afterward, he studied with Lucia Andrade who is certified by Sharath Jois. Since 2020 he assists and practices with Barbara Macias in Berlin. We’re very happy he joined the AYB!

And a few words from José:

“I feel very grateful towards all my teachers and to the path of yoga. There is truly not a single aspect of my life where yoga does not have a positive effect. I have learned to become aware of my breath, my body, and the activity of my mind. Through my practice I feel a vibrational connection with the world and to myself. And I develop consciousness and awareness of what is actually going on. This learning is an ongoing process. I know: I will always be a student - and that‘s just fine. I learned to do my own practice with patience, love, and compassion - and my aim is to carry these qualities into everyday life and into my classes. Long story short: I love yoga! I want to share this passion with my students.”
