Yoga is mindfulness in motion. Yoga with its’ various physical and mental practices provides guidance to navigate in our modern busy lives. My intention in yoga is providing exploration spaces to be mindful with yourself. My thoughtfully sequenced Hatha Yoga classes emphasize joyful movement and support you, in cultivating an understanding of self-care. Postures, breathing techniques, and meditation provide a holistic approach for body and mind. As yoga is a valuable anchor in life for me, my classes are designed to be accessible for all people – of every age, degree of flexibility, body type or background. FEEL YOGA is your home when it comes to mindfulness – on and off the yoga mat.
