Membership = Belonging

Yoga works when it becomes a habit.

But not because you commit to us.
Because you commit to yourself.

Not out of pressure.
Not “I have to.”

But out of care.
Loving discipline.
Devotion.
Self-respect.

When you practice regularly, you’re not checking a box.
You’re choosing yourself.

You’re saying:
“My well-being matters.”
“I matter.”

Membership is about continuity.

Returning to the same space.
Practicing with the same teachers.
Allowing them to understand your body -
your patterns,
your strengths,
your limits.

Growth happens when someone walks the path with you.

When you show up again and again -
and allow yourself to be guided - something shifts.

You feel more grounded.
More clear.
More supported.
More at home - in our space, and in yourself.

Consistency creates depth.
Depth creates transformation.

And transformation begins with one simple decision:

To return.

✨ Are you practicing regularly?
Does your teacher truly know your practice?

Ever caught yourself lying on the mat thinking,
“What does that even mean?”

Not during the pose.
During the words.

There’s a moment in many classes where the body is present… but the mind starts negotiating. Questioning. Analyzing. Quietly resisting.

And maybe that moment is part of the practice.

Sometimes what sounds abstract isn’t asking you to believe - it’s asking you to experience.

Stay with it a little longer than feels comfortable.

It might change more than your flexibility.

Meet our teacher - Ritika 🧘‍♀️

"I grew up in India and now live in Berlin, where my journey with yoga has evolved from a personal practice into a meaningful vocation. After working as a Corporate Compliance Specialist, I followed my heart and completed my Yoga Teacher Trainings, and stepped into living my purpose. I also love traveling, exploring different cultures and cuisines — and although I often fear the unknown, I find that those moments usually lead to some of my most joyful and enriching experiences."

Why do you love teaching?
I love teaching because yoga has given me so much, and sharing that with others feels deeply fulfilling. There’s a quiet sense of contentment in seeing people leave class with smiles, warmth, or sometimes even tears of joy. Creating a space where people can reconnect, soften, and go beyond the physical practice is what truly inspires me.

Could you share 2 facts about yourself?

Professional- I transitioned from working as a Corporate Compliance Specialist to teaching yoga, a journey from desk job to teaching desk yoga ;) — a shift that completely changed how I connect with myself and others. Also, back in India, I used to organise and teach Life Skill Training and Youth Empowerment Workshops for children and teens with the Art of Living Organisation.

Personal: When I first started teaching yoga, I’d get butterflies before every class. So I began opening sessions with breathwork and pranayama to calm my nerves down — little did I know it would become a favorite part for my students! What started as my own coping trick turned into a signature element of my classes ;)

We've all been there, right? 😌

Sometimes our thoughts are more in control of us than we are of them. Try to be at ease. thoughts are just like clouds - they come and go. You don’t have to chase them. Just notice. Breathe. Be.

✨ How do you bring yourself back to the present? Share with us below - we’re listening.

In a world that turns everything into a performance, yoga offers a path inward. A moment to pause, to breathe, to return to yourself.

Let’s remember what this practice is truly about.

Breathing is the bridge between body and soul - therein lies the secret of life, of being, and of spiritual awakening. Isn’t it amazing how one conscious breath can make a difference?

Slow down. ❄️
Winter is asking for small comforts and gentle attention.

Bring your warm socks.
Wrap yourself in an extra blanket.
Sip some tea before class.
Set a tiny intention.

Little pauses, cozy rituals, and mindful arrivals -
that’s where the magic begins. 🤍

Slow, gentle, grounding, strong, stretchy - whatever your vibe is today, we’ve got a class for it.
Hatha? Vinyasa? Something in between? It’s all here.

Come as you are, move how you feel.
