Guiding this journey is Ale Sai, a medicine woman from Mexico. Raised in the spirit of Bhakti with her father as a Kirtan musician, music and devotion have always been part of her path. Ale is a space holder in Cacao circles, Kirtan, Temazcal, and many other sacred traditions. Her voice carries the essence of devotion — tender, powerful, and heart-melting — opening a space of deep connection and inner awakening.

This Saturday we are hosting a special event where Yin Yoga meets Electronic Ambient Sound✨

From 17:00-19:00 in Dharma Studios Kreuzberg with Yanina .yoga.yanina & Lorenzo Mena

Imnotic sound waves influenced by the ambient sound of the Berlin school and the most ipnotic drones... created live by Lorenzo with analog synthesizers and without computers in live.

Lorenzo will improvise music by feeling the energy and frequency of the room while Yanina will hold space to fully immerse yourself into the yin practice and feel everything that wants to be seen, felt and heard.

Roberta is a Berlin - based italian dancer, choreographer and teacher in the fields of contemporary dance and performance.
She approached Pilates as a tool for injury prevention and physical strength building and has been practicing Pilates non-stop ever since, alongside her dance training and body work. She has been teaching Pilates continuously since 2017, completing her teacher training at BASI® Pilates.

This Pilates class is designed to provide a complete workout experience that engages the whole body and promotes a strong mind-body connection, working on strength, balance and mobility. We will begin by focusing on breathing work and correct alignments, as well as connecting with our core muscles. We then move into both classic and contemporary Pilates sequences featuring power-based to help you get your muscles working. At the end of the class you will be energized and refreshed, feeling the benefits of a full body workout.

Lorenzo Mena is a multi-instrumentalist and music composer/producer born in Madrid, currently based in Berlin.

He is focused on his personal projects GLUU, where he experiments with electronic music mixed with all kinds of everyday objects live and EL LOREN, where he plays percussion acoustically and where he builds his own instruments with recycled materials.

At the same time developing and investigating his work as a sound curator.

Where he puts into practice his knowledge about music and frequencies to help people to heal and position themselves better in their personal balance.

Sometimes teaming up with experienced yoga teachers.

Yanina is a passionate expert in both body and mind: as an experienced yoga teacher who has discovered the transformative power of breath and body awareness and as a systemic body psychotherapist and holistic practitioner, creating a safe space where individuals can connect with their true self and unlock their full potential.
