Ta**ra is a potent technology for our times. It works with polarised energy to create a unified field.

Living on the earth means living in a magnetic environment, there are two sides to everything. We perceive life through the lens of opposed energies with birth and death as mutually exclusive counterparts. Our major reference is time, the things that have passed and the things that will be. When we talk about being present we still refer to time. We are not in the past and we are not in the future.

Presence is something entirely different though. It exists beyond time. It is timeless. Ta**ra will open the energetic door to the multidimensionality of our being: ALL THAT WE ARE HERE NOW.

How powerful this is we've all been blessed to experience - as an EMBODIED state of being - last Sunday at the Metaal Kathedraal at the Kundalini Experience workshop.

Ta**ra is an inherent part of Kundalini Yoga. It is a ta***ic technology to lift you into another potential of yourself. Becoming a co-creator of life instead of reacting to life.

Today is her birthday. The birthday of Ineasa Mabu Ishtar. She struggled to be on the earth she says in the documentary that is currently being made about her spiritual journey.

While the documentary celebrates the life of the powerful teacher she is, it equally celebrates all of life. It takes us on a journey of serving the light through the human experience. This is a journey we all came to make.

At the core of the film lies a powerful message: the inherent ability of humanity to transcend challenges, shed emotional baggage, and unearth the inner light within each of us.

Her life path challenges conventional notions of the spiritual path.

“The stories I have lived through are not who I am, Ishtar says. My response to those experiences made me who I am. We can spent all our life living on the earth living through our pain but when we make a choice to life through our potential our life becomes such a blessing.

If you feel inspired by her work, her big heart and her transformational presence you might want to consider to make a contribution towards the production cost of this feature film.

I was lucky enough to meet the film crew at a recent retreat with Ishtar in Glastonbury and witness their dedication to this project first hand. They have also been filming at the retreat. What they put together so far touched me deeply - as has the work of Ishtar since I first met her in 2016.
