MINDFUL FLOW — Sundays 15.30–17.00 with Sebastian Raffeis at YOGA REBELLION–Neukölln
Sebastian discovered Yoga as a practice to let go of anything that is keeping you from moving on. This may require a certain amount of discipline and trust, but begins with pure acceptance and may even be followed by relief. Letting go means to be willing to face whatever crosses your path and being aware of the chance to grow from it. He is glad to share his practice and give you an opportunity to experience the connection of body and mind. During his classes, Sebastian likes to give enough space for everyone to explore themselves free from expectations, opinions or doubts in order to remind ourselves of who we truly are.
MINDFUL FLOW—This flow contains both gentle and powerful movements in which focus and awareness of individual needs are practiced. With this combination of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, strength and flexibility are built while perception is explored. This class is welcome to anyone who would like to practice mindfulness at the end of the week, whether new to yoga or already experienced.
