Running, rolling, jumping and falling in the golden light of the evening sun. (Here we practiced “Reversed Star” and rolling up to any upside down position) When you do Acrobatics its not only flying and basing that is important, but also spotting. Why? Because, thats how you learn to analyze, correct and help others and (later) yourself and, because it just makes a totally different atmosphere while training.
