Dear people on a fertility journey and dear people on a healing journey, full of dedication and a long list of things to do…
I see you
I hear you
I know it is tough sometimes and you maybe just want to throw that jar of broth on the wall… and replace that smoothie with ice cream maybe with coffee…
And to not go to yet another therapy/healer/belly massage/pelvis work/acupuncture/test/doc visit/you name it… but instead go to a fancy restaurant…
And skip that exercise and meditation and just sit on the beach with friends and a cocktail.
Or maybe its something else.

Yet when we are dedicated for something big, for us, for our life, on a journey to make things better for is- sometimes its a lot of work…..
Its a full time job.
And you still have your work and life going on.
And we didnt start talking about the emotional journey… which adds this huge layer to every little thing we do- or not do.

Those journeys require:
Devotion, yes, but..
Relaxation, enough real close intimate Support, choosing ourselves over and over again, nourishment of many kinds to fill that beautiful you cup.
And also allowing moments of breaking the rules, crying, releasing, so we can come back with new energies!
Deeply attuning more and more to our Body’s needs.
Getting to know your body, making a new friendship, a new best friend.
Speaking this gentle strong layer of emotions.
A great deal of hope, and practical gratefulness- where we acknowledge all those little and big stuff so we expand that energy of gratitude.
Self Compassion, Self humour.. always helpful.
And softness.
This is a powerful intense journey, sometimes seem to be a real fight, yes…
Yet its a journey for something so good we wish to ourselves!
Let the sweetness from this possible future saturate you like a nectar.

So, just a reminder.
You are amazing, just because you are.
I appreciate you so much for doing it all, even if its so so much, and you still remember softness and that sweet love to that beautiful human who is doing their best.

Today is the international home birth day
Why is it important that we will have a day for that?!
Because of the society we live in
Because of the culture we live in
Because of the patriarchy
Because of the forgetfulness of the nature of human
And even more of the nature of a feminin body
The nature
In body
In earth
Because of the adoration of more, progress, faster
And forgetting to listen, feel, know
Because of forgetting the timeless time of the womb land and pelvis space
And the trying to engineer the holy chaos dance itself
Because of thinking that we are so far away from animals..
And not realising we are still those animals
We might think and do things different sometimes but our systems..
Our instincts, our complex insticts (birth for example) are animalistic
AND cant and do not work otherwise!
Because we forgot to give place to intensity
But our lives are still full with it
And when it comes
We are just not ready
Because we forgot to facilitate her majesty the unknown
Yet she is always there
And then comes birth

And birth requests loudly to befriend the unknown
And to befriend intensity
And to remember we are beautiful animals
And that ALL of the needs one has in birth
Are physiological!
Which means that our body’s, emotional, mental, physical needs
for the right atmosphere, support, communication (for ex.) Are REAL natural NECESSITIES of the birthing body
In order for our beautiful capable brilliant body
To do what it can
In the way it was meant and designed to
Coming back to remembering human birthing body’s nature

Homebirth is a possibility
Yet I believe we should all remember the why n have the birth knowledge
With full permission, knowledge, power, hearing our body
This possibility
We must have

Pelvis work is actually magic
We don’t know what will be
But we do know what could be more or less, to feel safe
Feeling safe, being safe, creating and providing safety is one of the most important things, if we want to meet this area- this area which its language is safety and security- this area which was probably deeply shaken exactly in its core knowledge.
Another thing is TIME
A lot of time
Slowness
For real
When we enter into talking, meeting, journeying with the pelvis- the time as we know it is changing, is becoming a soft liquid and there is nothing else in it.
We are entering pelvis land- vulv@, v@gina, womb land.
Just like in birth- there is no time as we know it.

When the surrounding is set and feels very very right for YOU, we slow down and enter this magic pelvis space.
EVERYTHING is according to your full yes’s and no’s, maybe’s and i don’t know.
So slow and attentive that you can hear your knowledge that might have been forgotten long ago.
Its time to remember. You. With so much love.

And I can just bow to this magic that Im invited to hold with and witness.
When we give a space in the language of the pelvis- it talks, speaks, shares, spits, shouts, cries, laughs, releases, makes space for new and more.
The movement is happening.

Your face before and then after- are just different in a very special way.
Integral Pelvic work.
Thank you for that.
It is so precious and important!
I wish every person with v@gina would know about it and will have someone who feels good to go to.

This gentle and slow way
To touch
To meet
To listen
To laugh into places where laughter left long ago, and didn’t even know it belongs also there
Placed where shame frightened away simplicity and joy and pleasure
Where guilt held the door for separation, confusion, pain and more shame
Places who got the name “down there” even though they were always right there in the middle
Places who were and are pushed away because its just too much
Places with a baggage
Ready to flee or fly away

This gentle way
To re-meet them again
With a new deep breath
Like a new friend
With all the curiosity and insecurity
With all the embracement and fear
With all the chocolate, cookies, water, tea and coffee we have to offer
Slow
Honest
To say hi
To get to know
To touch the heart of the pelvis

Even just after meeting this possibility of all that, your face look different.
You glow different.
The beauty of …
Meeting your pelvis, meeting you.
Right here in the middle of your body.

All that, touches me so deeply!
This gift of walking with you this way, giving you a hand for you to give yourself this new friendship.
