I am a yoga teacher,
And I am sorry.

I’ve practiced for 20 years. I still don’t know what yoga really is — but it’s held me through crisis and joy, illness and change, and the rawness of life.

It made me softer.
It made me stronger.
It helps me to sleep.
It shakes me awake when I forget what matters.

I teach yoga, but yoga teaches me to rebel.

I believe that yoga
and the whole world
need a conscious revolution and radical remembering.

And yes, I’m sorry.

But I still believe in us.

Thank you so much to everyone who came on Saturday to our session ♥️...despite the super weather, the solstice parties and the Fête de la Musique in Berlin. Thank you for your eyes, your breath, your energy, your practical support, and your beautiful presence.
Thank you for initiating it, Yogis for Palestine Berlin for organising it, Fincan Neukölln for having us and Jawad Camp for all the precious work.

Thank you also to all the lovely people—friends, colleagues, and strangers—who couldn’t make it but reached out with messages of love and solidarity.

When we come together for a cause greater than our individual joy, something powerful happens: our joy multiplies a thousandfold.
It is important to raise funds during a yoga session for a folk who has been suffering for decades. But beyond that, something as essential takes place. In these hard times, it's easy to feel despair, worry, and discouragement, but when we come together in action, we become, for each other, living signs of human solidarity. Signs of care. Of compassion. Testimonies of love in action.

TOGETHER is one of my favourite words. Together we can do the alchemy and transform our grief into resilience, courage, and resistance. Together we weep, together we create, together we resist.

Stay tuned—more gatherings are coming. More chances to unite and keep the fire of our collective heart burning strong. ❤️‍🔥

On Monday morning, I’ll start offering a group yoga session outdoors in Hasenheide Park — in cooperation with .co 🌳

Let’s fill those Mondays with gentleness, movement, and a little joy.

The practice is one hour long, starting at 9:30. We meet at Hasenschänke 10 minutes before.

I'm honored to join this movement on Saturday, June 21st.

I'll be hosting a donation-based yoga class in collaboration with , with 100% of donations going to the Al-Jawad Camp, a school and collective supporting displaced Gazans.

This will be a gentle, accessible, beginner-friendly somatic Hatha yoga class.
We'll begin with a short grounding meditation and a gentle warm-up, move into a slow, mindful sequence of yoga poses, connect with our breath, and close with a deep relaxation.✨

Practicing Tree Pose (Vrikshasana) in awesome places keeps being one of my favorite things. It's like planting a new tree wherever I go. 💓

Trees are heroes -
chill and grounded,
bending without breaking,
looking stunning in every season,
always reaching for the light like they own it,
full of gifts yet never imposing obligations,
always ready to be hugged by random lovely weirdos.
