✨ Īśvara Praṇidhāna — Surrender & Trust (ईश्वर प्रणिधान) ✨
The fifth and final Niyama invites us to surrender and trust in the flow of life, to a higher power, the divine, or the natural intelligence of the universe 🌿.
This practice does not mean giving up effort — it asks us to act with dedication while releasing attachment to results. When we align our actions with something greater than ourselves, we cultivate humility, patience, and faith.
Īśvara Praṇidhāna encourages devotion — not necessarily to a deity, but to a higher presence or purpose that guides us beyond our limited understanding.
It is the art of participating fully in life while honoring that there is a greater intelligence at work ✨.
💛 A Loving Reminder:
Offer one thought, action, or intention today to something greater than yourself, and let devotion guide your steps. 🌟
By practicing surrender with awareness, we open ourselves to guidance, insight, and alignment with a life of purpose and meaning.
