I'm not a perfect partner
I'm not perfect to relationships

Sometimes I get scared or hurt. Those emotions can be limiting to how I have a relationship. Or they can be a way for me to be more vulnerable and more connected.

Through my professional and private experience, I have learned some ways to experience emotion, express them and stay connected.

Coming Out 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🌽

There are so many different ways to have this experience. For some of you, it is important to keep your identity hidden. That might be for professional reasons, child custody, fear or shame.

I'm lucky at this point in my life to have the privilege where I can tell people all about my private and professional life.

I encourage you when it's safe to try and share with some people about the things in your life that might be taboo, judged, or make you rejected.

The payoff is that you get to experience more freedom and feel more authentic in the way that you walk and talk.
