You are in Berlin for the holidays? Then we have some super nice studio classes for you:
Either take it slow, relax and let some damn good sounds carry you away at our Friedrichshain Studio with and , or stretch and work on your fascial tissue with .yoga . You can also make it a bit more flowy with . One hour of yoga is not enough? We got you: Patty will take you on a two hour healing journey in our beautiful Spreestudio on December 26.
Not in Berlin? No problem: Sandra is there for you and your morning routine even on Christmas. She also added some additional flows in case you prefer to sleep in on the holidays.

Damn relaxing

Unser neues Sound in Body Sound-Bath lässt dich endlich mal wieder komplett abschalten. Spüre die Vibration der Klangschalen durch deinen ganzen Körper fließen. Hier darfst du loslassen, eintauchen und einfach nur sein.
Und das ab jetzt jede Woche Donnerstags in unseren Studio Fhain von 20.00-20.45.

Auch 2026 geht's wieder nach Antiparos: unser beliebtes Yoga by the Sea Retreat gibt's nächstes Jahr gleich dreimal.
