In these challenging times, what do we need most?
People with whom we feel safe and trustful, who we can share our inner world with, who listen and don't judge.
Five years ago, when Covid was preventing us from meeting in person, I created an online group to have a safe meeting room for those who wanted to have such opportunity.
Ever since then we keep meeting every Tuesday from 6-8pm CET. Participants sign up for 10 meetings and after that decide if they want to continue for another round of ten.
This international group has been a source of stability, love and mutual support ever since for many.
A new round of ten meetings is starting on Tuesday, July 8.

Dear Friends,

Did you know that every individual in a family system has a significant role?
In Family Constellation work, three key principles guide us toward balance and harmony:
🔹 Place – Every individual in the family system has a unique place. Even if someone was forgotten or excluded (e.g., miscarriage, death, unknown fate, etc.), the system seeks to restore balance in surprising ways.
🔹 Order – When the natural order is disrupted, the flow of love in the system may become blocked. Restoring order allows for deep healing.
🔹 Balance – Every system requires a balance between giving and receiving. Disrupting this balance can create difficulties that may be passed down through generations.

Emerging science suggests that the effects of trauma could be genetically passed down from one generation to another.

“If you feel you have been affected by a very traumatic, difficult, life-altering experience that your mother or father has had, there’s something to that,” says Rachel Yehuda, professor of psychiatry and neuroscience of trauma at Mount Sinai in New York. Her research points to a small epigenetic “signal” that a life-altering experience “doesn’t just die with you,” she says. “It has a life of its own afterwards in some form.”

I share this with gratitude to all the teachers in my life, as there are so many.
To name just a few here: Anneliese Wessel(my first and most important teacher in elementary school, who urged my mother to send me to high school).
Reinhard Tausch, Peter Wiedemann, Osho Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, Veeresh Denny Yuson, Frank Natale, Gandha Martha Fairs, Bert Hellinger, Gunthardt Weber, Peter Levine, Larry Heller, Dan Bar On, Stephen Porges and Sue Carter, Irvin Yalom.
Some became my closest friends, some stayed teachers, but all of them shaped me to be who I am today.

OUR TEACHERS

What would I be without my teachers? How generously have they given to me from their treasure box of knowledge and skills that served my life and my competence so that I could grow into what I am now?

Often I forgot what I owe them. It all became so naturally a part of my life and of myself, of which I was proud, as if it came from me. Forgetting my teachers sometimes, much that I owe them escapes me. It becomes less for me and loses strength.

It is different when I have them in my heart, when I remember them with gratitude. Then I feel richly given to. They are with me in what I do and in what I pass on to others, when, as they did to me, I give to others what serves their life and achievement.

Do I feel small in comparison to them? On the contrary. I may stand next to them, in the service of life, like them, humble and small before life, and thus all the more completely at one with life and its movements.

When I honour and share what I owe my teachers, others take from me more openly what I give to them for their life. Their gaze goes beyond me to all those who were by my side, who shared my life with me, as I share it with others.

Then we all look beyond our teachers, to the creative spirit who is equally at work in all life. As we did before this spirit, we bow to our teachers, and they, together with us, bow before this spirit. Before this spirit we remain below, on the ground, all of us, all grateful, all equally alive, and equally in spirit’s service."
