The answer is that every day thousands of people connect the phones, tablets and computers to the internet using the wifi’s available to connect to the world, without wifi you will feel lonely and separated from a fast changing world, connecting to the Divine Wifi silent network you will feel supported, not by words, but by presence itself, and that starts when we begin to practice mindfulness every moment. We allow all our turbulent thoughts and emotions to settle quietly in a state of natural peace accepting what is so that a peaceful action can emerge from whatever situation we have to face in daily life. As my Tibetan Guru Yoga Nyoshul Khenpo Rinpoche said:

Rest in natural great peace this exhausted mind,
Beaten helpless by karma and neurotic thoughts
Like the relentless fury of the pounding waves
In the infinite ocean of samsara. We meditate together once a week, sundays at 7.00 p.m. in nature or in winter indoors using the Divine WiFi ™ Meditation wireless presence method created by Atom Seven that uses an ancient technique linking a seed mantra to the breathing facilitating mindfulness practice and incorporation in daily life

The first training Reverence for Life is to protect life, to decrease violence in onc-self, in the family and in society. The second training True Happiness is to practice social justice, generosity, not stealing and not exploiting other living beings. The third True Love is the practice of responsible sexual behavior in order to protect individuals, couples, families and children. The fourth Loving Speech and Deep Listening is the practice of deep listening and loving speech to restore communication and reconcile. The fifth Nourishment and Healing is about mindful consumption, to help us not bring toxins and poisons into our body or mind.is a guided meditation that is very helpful for people to get into deep mindfulness so that you can access more deep into mindfulness.

Meditation

The seventh flower is that of meditation _(dhyana)_. Meditation does not mean sitting with legs crossed _(padmasana)_ and eyes closed in contemplation of God. This is a physical, worldly activity. That is necessary, no doubt, but true meditation consists in unifying the mind with God. Just as milk and water cannot be separated, so the mind cannot be separated when it merges in God. An iron ball thrown into fire becomes one with it; your love must likewise become one with divine love. This truth is contained in the Vedic maxim _Brahmavid Brahmaiva Bhavati_ ("The knower of Brahman becomes Brahman himself"). Some people meditate on God for a limited period in the morning and evening; this, however, cannot be called meditation. _Sarvada Sarva Kaleshu Sarvatra Hari chintanam_ ("Meditate on God at all times, in all places and under all circumstances"). Perform all your tasks with your mind firmly established on God. This is true meditation. (Divine Discourse, 22nd August 2000)_
