Subtle breathing is pranayama. Gentle. Receiving, opening, removing barriers . Barriers are learnt breathing patterns of survival, over breathing, hyperventilating. Subtle breathing is mostly just a third of your breathing capacity but you are not a tire! Forget to fill your lungs with oxygen.. you need to feed your cells with it.this only happens in the presence of CO2.. means : breathing slow signals the body to move oxygen into the cells. This is life. Making space. Removing obstacles. Understanding nature. Love to all. In Barcelona i will be teaching side by side with my wonderful friend at presence, .ayurveda.akademie there will be a workshop in german on the mystical breathing of the vayus in the asana practice, and , side by side with we ll be exploring the depths of yogic breathing in alignment ( also in German) see you on the mat!
