Low Testosterone Is More Common Than You Think…But So Is Reversing It.

Testosterone isn’t just about muscle.
It’s drive. Mood. Metabolism. Focus. Confidence. Libido. Resilience.

And levels in modern men are declining at a rate we can’t ignore.

-Research published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism found testosterone levels in men have declined about 1% per year since the 1980s.
-An estimated 30–40% of men over 45 have clinically low testosterone.
Even men in their 20s and 30s are showing lower averages than previous generations.

This isn’t just aging.
It’s lifestyle. Stress. Inflammation. Sleep deprivation. Environmental load.



🔴Signs of Low Testosterone
• Low libido
• Fatigue (even after sleeping)
• Brain fog
• Increased body fat (especially midsection)
• Decreased muscle mass
• Irritability or low mood
• Poor recovery from workouts
• Loss of motivation or “drive”

Total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, thyroid markers, fasting insulin. Data > assumptions.



Why Not Jump Straight to TRT?

It’s true – Testosterone Replacement Therapy can be life-changing… for the right candidate.
But for many men, low levels are secondary to lifestyle factors.

Starting therapy without addressing root contributors can:
• Suppress natural production
• Create dependency
• Mask underlying metabolic dysfunction

Hormones are powerful. They deserve context.



TRT Is Not a Shortcut. It’s a Medical Therapy With Real Trade-Offs.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) can be life-changing for men with true, clinically-confirmed hypogonadism.

But it is not a casual wellness upgrade.

It alters your endocrine system, intentionally.

Before starting therapy, it’s important to understand what this means.



🚩 Potential Risks & Considerations of TRT

1️⃣ Suppression of Natural Production

When you introduce external testosterone, your brain reduces its signal to the te**es (via the HPG axis).
Over time, this can:
• Shut down natural testosterone production
• Cause testicular atrophy
• Reduce s***m production

For men who want children, this is a major consideration.



2️⃣ Fertility Reduction

Exogenous testosterone can significantly lower s***m count — sometimes to zero.
While this can be managed under medical supervision, it’s often overlooked when men both start and monitor their therapy themselves on a casual basis.



3️⃣ Cardiovascular Concerns

Research is mixed and still evolving. Some studies suggest:
• Increased hematocrit (thicker blood)
• Higher blood pressure

Men on TRT require regular lab monitoring for these reasons.

Testosterone converts to estrogen via aromatization.

After losing over 100 pounds and continuing to rebuild my health through pregnancy, postpartum, and everyday life, I learned that lasting change doesn’t come from restriction or perfection. It comes from nourishment, consistency, and trust in your body.

Things Emme is loving:

- my current The Wild Bunch Wellness Bar order: Green Smoothie and a Iced Hazelnut latte with Almond milk. My fav.

- EMR-Tek Light Mask: I’m approaching my late 20s, light therapy has been a must.

- Golden Eggs: I’ve posted the recipe, I swear I could eat this for every meal. It’s my favorite quick and easy ✨girl dinner ✨.

- At Home Pilates: “ we all have the same 24 hrs in a day”… no we don’t. This is what I do either when I wake up or during Nap time. It’s attainable and it gives you the endorphins and the burn of a good workout.

- Beast Blender: I’ve had a Vitamix and Ninja blender but this one, my favorite. So easy to clean and takes up very little space.

- Olivia Dean: driving, doing dishes, dance party with my kids… Olivia Dean is on. Period

- K2+D3 and Sea Moss: These two things have made me feel human during this first year and half postpartum.

- Computer glasses: working from my phone and computer and having bad eyes sight… these are a need for me.

- Ina Garten “ Be Ready When The Luck Happens”: I started this book when it first came out, then I lost my Kindle. It’s one of the best wrote biographies I’ve read. You want to keep reading it. Also who doesn’t love a woman who followed her passion and made an empire out of it??

-Core Dandi and a Glass Vintage Cup: Core Dandi is a must for me! It supports detoxification and I love all things cottage and vintage and having a cute little cup to drink out of makes it perfect!

- My Pink Juice: I’ve been running to The Wild Bunch Wellness Bar a few times a week to stock up! It’s so good and refreshing! I’ve been making a little mid day mocktail of the Pink Juice, Aloe Vera, and TMG!

- TMG: This is so beneficial for cardiovascular, liver, and cellular health! It’s been a game changer!

- “ No Survivors” By Jeremy Camp: I’ve loved his music for a long time and this song has just been a reminder to Get out of God’s way and let him do his thing!

- “Right Where They Belong” By Chantal DeYoe and “The Adventures Of A Deaf Tri-Paw” by Tammy Pusateri Puckrin : I love reading and I’m privileged to know two local authors who write faith filled stories that I have enjoyed greatly!

- The EMR-TEK Krypton: I love this! It delivers full-spectrum light therapy—red, near-infrared, UVA, and UVB-to support cellular energy, circulation, skin health, mood (hello winter blues), muscle recovery, and indoor Vitamin D production.

What is Bio-energetic Testing?

Everything in existence is energy. Medicine recognizes we are electromagnetic beings and has a long-standing tradition of using diagnostic machines. MRI machines work with magnetic energy. Ultrasound machines use high frequency sound energy. EKGs are an electronic representation of what is in the heart. EEGs are an electronic representation of what is in the brain.

With the Asyra system, we make use of hand-held electrodes . Though the system does not “diagnose”, it can pick up the energy signature of ( for an example ) inflammation, long before conventional tests can find it. The Asyra will register frequency imbalances corresponding to physiologic abnormalities. We will then apply the imprinted remedy the Asyra calls for along with items to balance the problems that were identified. Energetic balancing is the least intrusive and most body friendly way to achieve good health.

When we want to help a client undo patterns that have been ingrained into the body over years or decades, the process can be seen as stripping away ‘layers’. Bio-energetic Assessment using the Asyra, especially using the Comprehensive Analysis at the heart of the system, reveals the body’s first priorities for healing itself, and those may or may not correlate with the main symptom that the client is presenting. As we peel away more layers, different causative aspects of the health problems reveal themselves for healing.
