Kopalbhati Pranayama đŸ§˜â€â™€ī¸

Step 1: Be sure to practice this in a calm and peaceful environment.
Step 2: Sit in a comfortable position on the yoga mat. Step 3: Keep your eyes closed and your head and back straight.
Step 4: Keep your shoulders relaxed.
Step 5: Breathe deeply through both nostrils. Step 6: Focus on your stomach area while doing this . Step 7: Try to pull your navel back so that it touches your spine.
Step 8: Exhale in a light burst while doing thisâ€ĸ Step 9: Try to exhale quickly by pulling your stomach inward.
Step 10: Practice this for 20 breaths to complete one cycle.You can repeat this breathing exercise for five to ten minutes every day. Remember that your main focus should be on the exhalation process. Practice continuously to make your inhale and exhale smooth.
