9 Minuten - so viel Zeit spart man bei nur einer Messung von pH und Chlorwerten mit dem LILIAN gegenüber einem klassischen Photometer.

Das LILIAN benötigt nur 1 Minute für die komplette Probenvorbereitung, Messung und Dokumentation. Beim klassischen Photometer dauert die Messdurchführung mindestens 6 Minuten, davon entfallen allein 1-2 Minuten Wartezeit auf die Gesamtchlormessung. Hinzu kommen ca. 4 Minuten für die Dokumentation und das Reinigen des Messbestecks. Das ist bei LILIAN nicht nötig.

9 Minuten - klingt nach nicht viel? Über 20 Mio. Poolparameter wurden mittlerweile von Schwimmbädern, Hotels und Laboren in ganz Europa mit LILIAN Messgeräten bestimmt. Das sind 5 Mio. SensoSticks - und bei jeder Messung wurden 9 Minuten gespart! Das sind 750.000 Stunden (also 86 Jahre!), in denen nicht Tröpfchen gezählt oder Tabletten zerstampft werden mussten.

9 minutes – that’s how much time you save on a single pH and chlorine measurement using the LILIAN compared to a traditional photometer.

The LILIAN takes just 1 minute for the entire sample preparation, measurement and documentation process. With a traditional photometer, the measurement takes at least 6 minutes, of which 1–2 minutes are spent waiting for the total chlorine measurement alone. On top of that, there are approx. 4 minutes for documentation and cleaning the measuring equipment. This is not necessary with LILIAN.

Oft werden wir gefragt, was mit unseren verbrauchten SensoSticks passiert. Die Antwort ist klar: Unser Ziel ist es, jeden einzelnen SensoStick zu recyceln und so einen wertvollen Beitrag zum Umweltschutz zu leisten.

Wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass wir für Deutschland von unserem Dienstleister Krall Kunststoffrecycling ein aktuelles Zertifikat erhalten haben, das unser Engagement bestätigt. Dank des Recyclings kann das hochwertige SensoStick-Polymer für die Herstellung neuer Produkte wiederverwendet werden. Dies spart nicht nur Ressourcen, sondern reduziert auch signifikant den CO2-Ausstoß im Vergleich zur Neuproduktion von Kunststoffen.

Zwischen 2023 und 2025 konnten wir durch das SensoStick-Recycling rund 55 Tonnen CO2 einsparen! Zum besseren Verständnis: Das entspricht dem CO2-Äquivalent von etwa 22.000 Litern Diesel – genug, um mit einem Auto etwa zehnmal die Erde zu umrunden.

Das Wichtigste dabei ist, dass die verbrauchten SensoSticks einem neuen Zweck zugeführt werden und nicht als Abfall enden. Darüber hinaus arbeiten wir kontinuierlich daran, den notwendigen Kunststoffeinsatz weiter zu minimieren.

We are often asked what happens to our used SensoSticks. The answer is clear: Our goal is to recycle every single SensoStick and thus make a valuable contribution to environmental protection.

We are pleased to announce that we have received a current certificate for the Germany from our service provider Krall Kunststoffrecycling, which confirms our commitment. Thanks to recycling, the high-quality SensoStick polymer can be reused for the manufacture of new products. This not only saves resources, but also significantly reduces CO₂ emissions compared to the production of new plastics.

Between 2023 and 2025, we were able to save around 55 tonnes of CO2 through SensoStick recycling! To put this into perspective, this corresponds to the CO2 equivalent of around 22,000 litres of diesel – enough to circle the earth about ten times in a car.

The most important thing is that the used SensoSticks are given a new purpose and do not end up as waste. In addition, we are continuously working to further minimise the necessary use of plastics.

Woher kommen eigentlich die Ideen zur Verbesserung des LILIAN?

Technologie ist bei uns kein Selbstzweck. Jedes Feature, jeder Button und jedes Update an der Hard- und Software hat einen Ursprung: Ihr Feedback.

Nicht alles ist sofort umsetzbar. Würde man aber ein LILIAN System von vor 5 Jahren zum Marktstart mit einem heutigen LILIAN2 System vergleichen, würden dutzende neue und angepasste Funktion sofort auffallen.

Mit der Vorstellung des LILIAN2 auf der Interbad 2024 haben wir natürlich nicht aufgehört, weitere neue Funktionen und Verbesserungen ins das System zu integrieren. Auch auf der Interbad in diesem Jahr werden wir viele Neuerungen präsentieren können.

Am 03.12.2025 um 13 Uhr (deutsche Sprache), bzw. am 04.12.2025 um 13 Uhr (englische Sprache), ist es wieder soweit: Unsere halbjährlich stattfindende kostenlose Onlineschulung findet wieder statt. Dr. Alexander Rohr, Gründer und Geschäftsführer bei Lilian Labs, wird das LILIAN System inklusive des LILIAN Managers vorstellen. Dabei gibt es wieder eine Reihe Tipps und Tricks und es wird auf aktuelle Neuheiten hingewiesen. Die Schulung wird etwa 1,5 Stunden dauern und ist kostenlos.

Gerade wenn Ihr Euch bei einigen Punkten im Umgang mit dem LILIAN nicht ganz sicher seid, ist das eine gute Gelegenheit sich zu informieren. Zudem wird es im Anschluss wieder die Möglichkeit geben Fragen zu stellen.

On 3 December 2025 at 1 p.m. (German language) and on 4 December 2025 at 1 p.m. (English language), it will be time once again for our biannual free online training course. Gestern fand der jährliche Schwimmbadbranchen Tag 2025 in den Niederlanden statt. Genauer: in Houten bei Utrecht! Wir haben die Gelegenheit genutzt unseren Vertriebspartner VDH Watertechnology mal wieder zu besuchen und am Messestand zu unterstützen.

Wir haben uns besonders gefreut das neue Teammitglied Tom van Wijngaarden endlich persönlich kennenlernen zu dürfen. Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht, sich mit dem Team auszutauschen. Wir freuen uns auf schon jetzt auf die Messe im nächsten Jahr! 😊

Yesterday, the annual Swimming Pool Industry Day 2025 took place in the Netherlands. More precisely: in Houten near Utrecht! We took the opportunity to visit our distribution partner VDH Watertechnology once again and support them at their exhibition stand.
