I’m convinced by mindful early mornings/ a daily selfcare with certain rituals including “mind- and bodywork” for a strong and fixated self to follow / fulfill my dharma after:

- breathing to improve
with its fixed structure
(withdrawal of the senses/silence)

Within the Ashtanga tradition there is no “external help” or support of “probs” or some other tools - apart of adjustments of the teacher for a correct alignment. It’s a kind of mindful bodywork up to our own limitations at “this” moment and without pressure!
Last week I attended a (therapeutic) yoga class within “be monk, Tapovan/Rishikesh”; we practiced together and guided each other within this

The knees should be bended out to the sides, feet together, heels close in towards the perineum. Inner thighs wide open, soften your hips and allow the knees to draw eventually closer to the floor. Lengthen your spine, relaxed shoulders, lift your sternum for 5 deep ujjayi breaths; inhale and with the exhale bring your chin on to the ground in front of the toes- 5 deep breaths within the “b-variation” as well

How are you, what is important for you, what do you want to keep and involve within your daily self care practice?!
I usually use (handmade) beautiful journal books to remind, reflect, recharge and spread my learnings, experiences and inspirations after.
Let’s don’t be our challenges our main part, but our healing, wellbeing and joy 🙏🏻❣️

I’m convinced by a mindful morning, that every day should start by a certain morning ritual, s.th., what makes us happy, what prepares us for the day, gives us a focus, intention- a “quality / me-time” “only” for ourselves.
I love and of course 🧘‍♀️

Back at home, but remembering my penultimate day in Rishikesh, as I took part of a wonderful henna workshop of “Lilarani” ✍️🫟
It was such a connecting meditative beautiful experience, to be creative with others from all over the world and to enjoy time within this sacred temporality art to design with herbal fragrant (at the beginning cool) paste 😃👍
