👑 سیستم عصبی تو مثل فرمان مرکزی زندگیت عمل میکنه. هر تصمیم، هر واکنش، هر رابطه‌ای از اون سرچشمه میگیره.

🍀 وقتی سیستم عصبیت در حالت تنظیم باشه:
• آرامش داری، حتی وقتی یکی سعی میکنه تحریکت کنه یا عصبانیتت رو برانگیزه.
• میتونی احساساتت رو مدیریت کنی، به جای اینکه قربانیشون بشی.
• تصمیمهایی می‌گیری که بر اساس وضوح هستن، نه واکنشهای لحظه‌ای.

⭕️ وقتی تنظیم نباشه:
• کوچیکترین چیزها اذیتت میکنن و به راحتی تحت تأثیر دیگران قرار میگیری.
• در موقعیتهای احساسی، انتخابهای اشتباه میکنی.
• در روابط، یا بیش از حد تسلیم میشی یا منفعل، و این باعث میشه طرف مقابلت بیشتر سلطه پیدا کنه.
• ذهنت مدام درگیر فکرهای منفی و فاجعه‌سازی میشه.

Ever wondered why taking a break feels so hard?

Did you know that the word "vacation" comes from the Latin "vacare," meaning "to be unoccupied"?

Sounds nice, right?

Yet, for many of us, being truly "unoccupied" is a rare and difficult state to achieve.

I recently took a break on a zen escape to Bali. Despite the beautiful surroundings, I struggled to disconnect from my responsibilities at first.

During my trip, I realized I was living in my yang energy so much and couldn't enter my yin. I had been living in “gotta do sth” mode for so long, that I barely knew how to JUST BE, without anything TO DO!

I found that taking time to truly unwind and reconnect with myself was incredibly refreshing.

Now, I'm committed to incorporating more "just be" time into my life, even with a busy schedule.

𝐌𝐲 𝐙𝐞𝐧 𝐄𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐢:

For a long time, I felt a strong calling for 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐢.

And no, I hadn’t really heard or seen much about it—not even the Julia Roberts movie (which is still on my to-do list to watch ☺️).

I just felt I had to go there.

So I finally made it happen.

I Spent 30 Days in Bali

diving into an inner journey through Yoga,

Meditation, and Spiritual Practices.

Here’s What I Learned:

𝟏. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠:

Facing physical and emotional resistance head-on

can lead to significant breakthroughs.

Confronting resistance helps us

align our actions with our true selves,

leading to a more authentic and fulfilling life.

It empowers us to 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐲 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬.

𝟐. 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐔𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫:

It's okay to feel emotional.

Embracing vulnerability and heavy emotions

can lead to deeper healing and self-discovery.

As a coach, I have always tried

to provide a safe space for my clients

to let their suppressed feelings and needs

come to the surface.

So that they will be able to process and work through them.

And as a result, 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞.

𝟑. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭

𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐚𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠:

Participating in communal practices

is a perfect complement to one-on-one work

in one’s healing and growth journey.

Being in a group of individuals

who allow themselves to become vulnerable without a mask

and seeing other humans' rawness

is a powerful healing element.

It creates a sense of belonging,

countering feelings of isolation and loneliness in our pain.

This is why I always encourage my clients

to 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲.

𝟒. 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞

𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐬 𝐔𝐬 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞:

The ancient Chinese philosophy of Yin and Yang

teaches us how seemingly opposite forces

are interconnected and interdependent in the natural world. 🌗

Finding a balance between

Yin (passive, receptive)

and Yang (active, dynamic)

energies is essential for a harmonious life.

These energies are not just opposites;

they complement and balance each other. 🕊️

𝐍𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐍𝐨 𝐆𝐚𝐢𝐧!

Or so we've been told.

BUT

What if there's a better way to achieve success without the relentless grind?
What if the key to reaching your true potential lies in prioritizing your mental health?

In today's fast-paced world, many professionals BURN OUT before reaching their prime due to the constant pressure to perform.
As a mental health coach whose work is built on several key pillars, one of them being SELF-COMPASSION, I would like to shed some light on a harsh reality:

𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

"How can I focus on my mental health without getting sidetracked by work?”, you might ask.

Here are 3 tips I can share with you:

𝟏. 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: Take a few minutes daily to meditate or do deep-breathing exercises. This can help clear your mind and reduce stress.

𝟐. 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐁𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬: And I don’t just mean for others. We need clear boundaries for OURSELVES before extending them to others. Clearly define your work hours and personal time. Make sure to stick to them to avoid burnout.

𝟑. 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Don’t hesitate to talk to a mental health professional or coach. They can provide you with strategies tailored to your needs and circumstances.

As we mentioned before, feminine and masculine energies shape our experiences and the world around us. It’s up to us how and to what extent we use each energy within ourselves.

𝐘𝐢𝐧, 𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲, plays a pivotal role in shaping our lives. Traditionally associated with the moon and water, yin energy embodies qualities of intuition, receptivity, and nurturing—elements that are essential for fostering growth and healing.

Yin energy isn't about gender; it's about the balance within us. It represents our capacity to listen deeply, receive openly, and nurture ourselves and others. This energy supports us in being more compassionate and empathetic in our daily interactions. We engage with this energy in moments when we slow down, rest, and simply be, focusing intensely on our sensory experiences.
