I like what she says! Very calming and a lot of truth! I would just add that besides focusing on my center I also often focus on the Ultimate Good energies and or healthy Earth energies, that I try my best to stay attuned to, and who are assisting us as well? - And that when I focus on myself/inside, I tend to feel an increase of energy, but not necessarily instant peace and calm. I need to clear/ harmonize/ transform all the anxieties and other confusions that I might still carry, or have picked up outside and internalized!
