For my Yoga asana enthusiasts:
This is how I like to have fun sometimes. To test my mobility, strength and balance. How do you have fun?!

Downdog -> 3 legged dog-> high lunge -> bound crescent lunge -> seated bird of paradise -> standing bird of paradise
Still got plenty of work to do in order to make these positions perfect (for me), especially the standing bird of paradise. But it’s just a matter of time. See my happy face at the end🤪🤪💪🏻

🧘🏻‍♀️I started teaching online, private Yoga classes to Smaranda at the end of last year. I really appreciate her discipline, determination, care and self-love, ambition and perseverance that she shows every week! I told her this already and I hope she doesn't mind me writing here too, but since we started classes together, I have noticed how her ability to relax, disconnect and reconnect with herself has considerably improved. On the physical side, I have noticed how her flexibility, mobility, strength and lung capacity have improved a lot in 10 months.
I love the kind of people who do things for their well-being on a regular basis, who create healthy disciplines for themselves, who care about health, balance and natural remedies as much as possible! Smaranda is that kind of person and I am very grateful that she is part of my life and that I have the opportunity to teach her everything I love! Ich habe Ende letzten Jahres angefangen, mit Smaranda Online-Privat-Yogakurse zu geben. Ich schätze ihre Disziplin, Entschlossenheit, Fürsorge und Selbstliebe, ihren Ehrgeiz und ihre Ausdauer, die sie jede Woche zeigt, sehr! Ich habe ihr das auch gesagt und hoffe, sie hat nichts dagegen, dass ich auch hier schreibe: Seit wir Ende letzten Jahres mit dem gemeinsamen Unterricht begonnen haben, habe ich bemerkt, wie sich ihre Fähigkeit, zu entspannen, abzuschalten und wieder mit sich selbst in Kontakt zu kommen, deutlich verbessert hat. Ich liebe Menschen, die regelmäßig etwas für ihr Wohlbefinden tun, sich gesunde Disziplinen schaffen und so viel Wert auf Gesundheit, Ausgeglichenheit und natürliche Heilmittel legen wie möglich!
