Job Summary:-
We are seeking a skilled and certified Network Engineer with strong knowledge in Cisco
networking technologies. The ideal candidate will hold CCNA and CCNP certifications and
be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our growing network
infrastructure. This role will be part of a dynamic team that is critical to ensuring our IT network
remains secure, scalable, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:-
● Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
● Install and configure Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
● Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
● Implement and manage network security measures (ACLs, VPNs, firewalls).
● Perform network upgrades and firmware updates in line with security policies.
● Maintain network documentation including diagrams, IP address management, and
device configurations.
● Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams to support business needs.
● Ensure high availability and performance of critical network infrastructure.
● Participate in on-call rotation and provide support for network outages or emergencies.
Qualifications and Skills:-
Required:-
● Looking for experienced candidates with valid Cisco Certified Network Associate
(CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certifications.
● Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP,
BGP).
● Experience with firewalls, VPN, and network security practices.
● Familiarity with monitoring and network management tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.).
Preferred:-
● Experience in SD-WAN or cloud networking (AWS, Azure).
● Knowledge of VoIP, QoS, and MPLS technologies.
● Scripting or automation experience (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
Soft Skills:-
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Strong communication and documentation abilities.
● Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
