It started its business by providing after-sales technical service and spare parts for supporting health institutions. Over time, it has reached the capacity to produce spare parts for many world-famous brands. Since 2012, it has started to project its own products. The first product, Lithobox, pneumatic lithotripter system, then Modus, which is a shockwave therapy system that generates and applies shock waves from outside the body, offering the option of focus or radial use in many physical therapy and orthopedic treatments, and Spark, a kidney stone crushing system with shock waves from outside the body, has been released to the market. This market is expanding day by day with the cooperation of doctors who are experts in their fields. The devices we produce are designed to combine high security, advanced technology, economic, ergonomic and aesthetic parameters. Inceler aims to continue its existence in the medical sector as an R&D company.

Our satellite symposium titled “Innovative Approaches in Lipedema Treatment: The Role of ESWT”, presented by İnceler Medikal Business Development Specialist Nisanur Yarış, received great interest from participants.

Efficacy of Shockwave Therapy in Myofascial Pain Syndrome (MPS)

A randomized controlled trial evaluated Focused and Radial Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) using the Modus Focused & Radial Combined System (İnceler Medikal, Türkiye) in patients with active trigger points in the upper trapezius muscle.

Both ESWT modalities achieved significant and sustained pain reduction lasting up to 6 months.
The Focused ESWT group showed remarkable improvement in depression and functional outcomes.
Both methods proved to be safe, effective, and non-invasive.

This study is one of the very first randomized controlled trials to directly compare Focused and Radial ESWT in the treatment of Myofascial Pain Syndrome - marking a pioneering step in differentiating shockwave modalities through clinical evidence.
