Intentional. 🎯
I’m reading Intentional by Chris Bailey and one idea hit me hard:
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about doing what matters… on purpose.
In sport, this changes everything.
You can train every day and still go nowhere.
Or you can train with intention.. every session having a reason.
Not random workouts.
Not chasing sweat.
Not copying others.
Just clarity.
What am I building?
Why does this matter?
Performance isn’t built by intensity alone.
It’s built by direction. 🔥
