When you are in the business world everything is so dynamic so our emotions. There are days we feel the most experience and worthy of doing our work and other days we feel tired of trying and not competent at all. And that is fine! We are human beings and circumstances can mess with our emotions.⁣

But the key thing here to stay on track is to detach yourself from the results and actions. What do I mean by that? You have to know that you are ENOUGH even though this month you didn’t reach the planned income. You are beautiful and smart enough even tho 10 people unsubscribed your email list. You are unique even though someone criticized you in the comments on FB. You are ENOUGH! And that has nothing to do with the results and actions and your business.⁣

As soon as you detach yourself from them and recognize that you are here for reason, end everything that is happening is just a journey you seek in order to expand as a soul and become a better person, you will make that QUANTUM LEAP! ⁣

How to do that detachment? There are three steps:⁣

I am back from my two - months vacation, where my intention was to work less and enjoy the summer more (to give myself a gift for all the great work that I did in the previous months). But that guilt-feeling was not leaving me at all. I felt irresponsible, guilty, and unproductive! All these emotions were just ruining my state there till one moment I went into my own mindful state and tried to avoid myself of those feelings. I did the powerful self-hypnosis which helped me a lot to recognize that I am an amazing businesswoman and that abundance will come no matter If I work or not. The main work is to keep my receptive energy and enjoy life.⁣

And that happened! I gave myself permission to be playful, to be guided by the synchronicities and WHALA! One day while laying on the beach and watching how my daughter is making sandcastles, being grateful for the opportunity to work and stop working whenever I want, to have everything I want just because I exist, one woman next to me started to talk about the self-help book that she was recently reading. We started the conversation and ended up making an appointment about our next session and how excited she is to try hypnosis. Isn't it crazy?⁣

What did I do? Worked too hard? NO! I even didn’t ask the Universe to have clients so soon, but when you are on the High vibe and you understand your mindset limiting beliefs, you create spaciousness, abundance to come to you.⁣

Be gentle, honor what you do and eliminate everything that is not giving you joy and spaciousness.⁣

Yesterday I had a conversation with my client where she was completely out of alignment and focus about her business.⁣⁣

I said: ‘‘It’s not that you are lazy, but you are not inspired!’’⁣⁣

This usually happens when we don’t see the results. But the reason for it is not the results but the faith you have in them.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
There are two reasons why you lose your motivation:⁣⁣
⁣⁣
👉The work you do is not your passion⁣⁣
⁣⁣
👉you are doing it in the way you don’t want it⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Because if you love the work you do and how you do it, you would never be obsessed with the results, but you will enjoy the process and be happy.⁣⁣

So how to jump in that state?⁣⁣
⁣⁣
First, check what you really love about your business and why you do it. Then see how you do it! Is there something that you can do with more pleasure? If not, find someone to do it for you. Or change the perception about that.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
If you hate doing administrational work, for example, but you must do it yourself, see the positive thing in it. Be grateful for having a business that needs some administrative work to be done. Someone else would die to have that opportunity.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
And also do the hard work first thing in the day, because you have more energy and you will have it behind you for the rest of the day. ⁣⁣

Don’t wait to get motivated to do the work you need to do, but start, and the motivation will follow you.⁣⁣

But I’ll be honest; it’s not always about the work you do; sometimes, we have some mindset blocks that stop us from going further and become lazy!⁣⁣
