It’s happening! 😍 Polestar goes Oslo 🇳🇴🤸
We are very excited to announce a new location for our international Pilates education. The first event will be a Gateway Comprehensive weekend on the 21st and 22nd of October at @elva_oslo . 🤩👋
GATEWAY Pilates is an introduction both to the Pilates method in general, to comprehensive work with all Pilates large apparatus, and specifically to the POLESTAR concept. GATEWAY Pilates is an ideal introduction if you want to start your career as a Pilates trainer or if you want to deepen your Pilates experience, for example after a mat or reformer training. 📚
In this course you will experience the effective work of the equipment and the Polestar approach. You will receive the ability to:
– identify the most common objectives and precautions for the exercises learned.
– understand initial anatomical structures that are helpful in teaching Pilates.
– apply initial skills to modify commonly faulty movement patterns.
