"Those who sow in tears shall reap in joy." (Psalm 126:5) 📖 A year has passed since we said goodbye to our sweet girl, but today, sadness isn't the only thing we feel.

Look at what the Lord has done. He has sustained us, lifted us, and proven that even in death, there is victory in Him.

While we wait for God to answer our payers for healthy Children, we feel the triumph of God’s grace. He has turned our weeping into a song of praise.

Thank you, Lord, for the victory. And for the answered prayers so far 🙏🙏 🤍🌹

From a personal practice to a growing tribe. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

What started as a simple commitment to show up for myself has blossomed into something so much more. My friends started asking for classes, Tuesday yoga became a "thing," and now our community is growing both in person and online!

There is no better validation than seeing people find their own peace on the mat alongside me. ❤️

I’m looking to expand the tribe! While my current sessions are in German, I have a few spots open to start a brand new online Yoga course in English. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, I’d love to have you.

Third time’s a charm, but the blessing feels brand new every single time. ✨

Even though I don’t have children of my own, my heart is so full knowing my friends trust me to help shape, love, and spiritually guide their little ones. It is the highest honor to be chosen as a Godparent again. I don't take the responsibility of being a village member lightly! 🙏🏾🤍

Day 82 - Betting on myself

What do you do when your 'stable' career suddenly disappears? You finally chase the dream you were too scared to start.

Being forced out of my job was the push I never would have given myself. I’m trusting God’s timing over my own plan. Follow along as I turn this transition into a yoga business that sustains my life and my soul.

Today, for the first time since she was born an angel a year ago, I was finally able to look at her pictures. This is the day we became parents, even though I will never hear you call us Mum or Dad. Looking back at our hospital memories, I’m reminded of the many ups and downs we’ve faced, but my heart is so full of gratitude for the people—the family members, the friends and the staff—whose kindness made the heaviest moments feel so much lighter. We choose to celebrate your presence in our lives. Happy birthday, Ndemi Bilongo.

In 2026, my "No" is a hedge of protection around my peace.

Being an angel mum and a yoga teacher means walking between two worlds—the deep stillness of loss and the active energy of the studio. To do both with integrity, I’ve had to set new boundaries.

I’m no longer interested in "perfect" yoga or "polished" grief. I’m interested in what is real.
