Update: AMERICANA 2021 – You are in!

Dear AMERICANA fans,

good news are always the best news!

We have a positive update for you today:
The general conditions have changed at short notice - you will all be there and experience our AMERICANA evening shows in Augsburg.

In the speech of the Bavarian Minister President on Tuesday, 31.08.2021, a welcome change of course of the Corona Prevention was announced.
Among other things, it states that in future sporting events will again be allowed to occupy all seats, provided that the mask requirement and a few other conditions are met.

This statement completely contradicted the Bavarian regulations for September, which were only recently confirmed to us.
What has happened since then?

We immediately contacted the responsible state authorities and municipal offices, they also knew the press statement, but not yet any details (e.g. from when this will apply).
Now we have certainty, the new regulation will come into force in time for the AMERICANA.

So ALL tickets remain valid and we have not started the reversal/cancellation process.

Briefly to the facts:

1. you do not have to actively do anything, your originally booked tickets remain valid!
2. all seat assignments remain valid as well!
3. the ticket shop will reopen as soon as possible, remaining tickets will then be available again!
4. the day ticket intended as a "consolation ticket" will also remain valid for you!
5. you will still find a summary of your booked tickets in your Ticketmaster customer account.
6. if you have not yet registered your tickets for 3G, please do so.

And finally: The mask requirement for Bavarians has also been changed - the FFP2 requirement for visitors no longer applies and a medical mask (OP mask) is sufficient.

We ask for your understanding for the changes at short notice during these times and look forward to welcoming you in Augsburg next week!
