HE.ART Center - Conscious Co-Creation & Healing Modalities Welcome! I support heart-centered people to remember and access their soul´s wisdom and to live and share their true gifts. Also online via Zoom.

Tools: trauma-resolution (Somatic Experiencing), energy, sound & crystal healing, healing herbs. My name is Jasmin Erinya Schuler, I am a naturopath and a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (for trauma-resolution) and I am also working with energetic healing approaches, like shamanic healing work. Often I include the support of healing herbs and flower essences. I am supporting people to feel at ease in their body and safe, cozy and and to open themselves for living their true potential. I am teaching meditation, self-help techniques, as Emotional First Aid, a highly effective tool for times of crisis and how to benefit from your resources in daily life. I am offering individual sessions (also online) to resolve trauma and heal emotional wounds, negative self images, limiting thoughts and behavior, not only but especially for sensitive and highly sensitive persons. In addition to that I am also offering online sound healing events and co-creation rituals.
