Sometimes I do not like to re-post items of controversy, but this article is well-researched. The point is to not believe everything you read in headlines or what you receive from large organizations. This day in age, you need to do your own research. Big corporations do not have people's health in mind- it is all about money, where it comes from, and who is getting it. Soybean oil and canola oil made in the USA is almost 100% GMO (meaning they have pesticides inside the DNA of the plant). They are probably some of the WORST fats you can consume. Additionally, no one should be eating deep-fried foods on a regular basis.
