Yesterday felt like a reminder of why we do what we do and who we do it with.
Across our locations in Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, and Romania, around 1,000 of us came together for our All Minds Meeting, streamed live. Leadership teams joined virtually from different corners, colleagues tuned in from home, and offices turned into small hubs of shared focus and curiosity as we looked back at the year behind us and ahead to what’s coming next.
And then, we celebrated.
Twice.
Christmas and 25 years of being in business.
From Sofia to Karlsruhe, Eisenstadt, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, and Bucharest, the formal meeting energy slowly gave way to something much more relaxed: long conversations, laughter, clinking glasses, great food, sweets, and the kind of smiles that only appear when people genuinely enjoy being together.
Each location had its own character. Karlsruhe went all in with a special four-course dinner. Sofia turned up the tempo with a DJ. In Plovdiv, the Christmas spirit arrived through a hands-on DIY aroma candle workshop, filling the office with warm, winter scents and plenty of creativity. In Burgas, festive accessories set the tone, adding a playful Christmas touch to the evening. Lisbon had already gathered the week before, kicking off the season with its own X-Mas Come Together. Across other locations, colleagues gathered around tables, sharing music and stories: no agenda was needed.
Different places. Different styles. ONE TEAM.
Thank you to everyone who joined on site or online, and to all who helped make this day feel special. These are the moments that stay with us: the memories that quietly shape the years ahead.
