KMS Kruschinski Modular Scope
A great help in hysteroscopies in outpatient clinics and offices!!
This set is based on standard instrumentation and allows diagnostic and therapy during one appointment. Awake Hysteroscopy and See & Treat procedures can be performed without anesthesia with the aid of this new visual dilatation obturator.

The Kruschinski Modular Scope (KMS) allows to perform diagnostic hysteroscopy in cases of bleeding disorders. Detecting a polyp one can simple use a basket to extract the polyp during the gynecological examination as Awake-Hysteroscopy.
Here one can see how easy, simple and time saving it is to remove a small endometrial polyp with the Gubbini Midi resectoscope and the Tontarra basket on an awake patient in around 1 minute with no anesthesia.

To avoid the need of anesthesia for diagnostic and operative Office-Hysteroscopy we have designed a system utilizing a visual entry and a simultaneous visual dilatation of the cervix that allows to perform diagnostic and operative procedures without anesthesia in the gynecological office on the awake patient. Awake-Hysteroscopy allows finally the „See & Treat “concept in the office at the gynecological chair.
