Outpatient operations will no longer take place in Hesse to the extent that they are elective in nature. The adaptation regulation of the HMSI, enacted on March 16 , 2020, is clear .

Patient Management & Appointment Planning in Hessen

The Board of Doctors Hessen (KVH) recommends the following procsses for patient management and appointment scheduling due to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic to all practices. It is currently unsure how long these recommendations will apply.
• Cancellations of elective follow-up appointments when symptoms appear to improve / do not worsen.
• Cancellation of consultations for new patients with postponed appointments (with the exception of confirmed emergencies)
• No emergency patients without prior contact via phone/email (or other communication channels such as Video consultation)
• Absolutely no personal appearance of patients with cld/flu symptoms, especially new cough and fever, without first contacting us by phone/email / video consultation.
• If possible, postpone all elective follow-up appointments
• Elective, invasive diagnostic treatments must only be performed when there is urgent or emergency indications – all other procedures must be postponed.

Die Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Hessen (KVH) empfiehlt den Praxen folgendes Vorgehen zum Patientenmanagement und zur Terminvergabe aufgrund der SARS-CoV-2-Pandemie

Aktuell kann nicht abgesehen werden wie lange diese Empfehlungen gelten.
• Stornierung von elektiven Kontrollterminen bei Beschwerdefreiheit
• Falls möglich Stornierung von Terminen von Neupatienten mit aufschiebbaren Abklärungen
• Kein notfallmäßiges Erscheinen von Patienten ohne vorherige Kontaktaufnahme per Telefon / Email (beziehungsweise andere Kommunikationskanäle wie Videokonsultation).
• Kein persönliches Erscheinen von Patienten mit Erkältungssymptomen, vor allem neu aufgetretenem Husten und Fieber ohne vorherige Kontaktaufnahme per Telefon (beziehungsweise Videosprechstunde).
• Elektive Kontrollen möglichst verschieben.
• Elektive invasive Diagnostik nur bei dringlichen und Notfall-Indikationen.

CORONAVIRUS: GESTIÓN DE PACIENTES Y Citas

El Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Hessen (KVH) recomienda los siguientes procedimientos para el manejo del paciente y la programación de citas debido a la pandemia del SARS-CoV-2 a las Praxis. Actualmente no es posible decir cuánto tiempo se aplicarán estas recomendaciones.
• Cancelación de citas de control electivo cuando no hay queja
• Si es posible, cancelación de citas para nuevos pacientes con aplazamientos
• Sin emergencias de pacientes sin contacto previo por teléfono (u otros ca**les de comunicación como Skype / FaceTime).
• Sin aparición personal de pacientes con síntomas de resfriado, especialmente tos nueva y fiebre, sin primero contactarnos por teléfono (o Skype / FaceTime).
• Si es posible, posponga los controles eléctricos.
• Diagnóstico invasivo electivo solo para indicaciones urgentes y de emergencia.
