When a client books a premium package (which includes a quantum hypnosis session AND an Akashic reading), it's usually my schedule that decides the order of the services. In Saskia's case, she received her deluxe reading first and experienced her full-day session a week later. ✨️

This gave her Higher Self the opportunity in the session to expand on the Akashic material and connect the dots. Since I work very closely with my client's Higher Selves during readings as well, it's always interesting for me to hear them talk directly about the information they had given to me prior telepathically. 🤓

If you are familiar with the Akashic Records, you know that they hold all the choices that have ever been made in incarnations. So it was only fitting for Saskia's Higher Self to highlight the importance of making choices in order to move forward in life. "Effective creation can only come about through choices made with a clear mind!" they reminded us. 💡

One of the most rewarding aspects of this work is seeing (and feeling) the light emanating from my clients after their session. Everyone just seems lighter, brighter, clearer, and - even though longer sessions can be very emotional and exhausting at times - vibrating on a higher level than before. ✨️

Kerstin was no exception, as you can see in our after-session selfie. Her Higher Self took great care of her and showed her a poignant past life that answered many questions. Also, fears were released, the physical vessel got upgraded, and the all-important connection to the heart re-activated. ❤️

It was a joy working with Kerstin, and I know she will be spreading her light wherever she goes! 🌞

Katja explored a human past life set in the late 19th century that was full of contrast and showed how the experience of lack can be a blessing in disguise. Once connected to her Higher Self, they not only explained why they had picked that specific lifetime for her to see but also told us about other incarnations in which negative beliefs were formed that had carried over through time. (This actually happens VERY often and is one of the MANY profound benefits of past life regression therapy, as understanding about the origin of a pattern enables its healing!) 💡

On this very emotional Soul Journey, we were reminded by the Higher Self that there is nothing more important than one's connection to oneself through the heart. "Everything else unfolds from that!" They also emphasized the power of finding joy in small things ("It lifts up and gives strength!"), and that "sharing one's joy with others is one of the greatest gift one can give!" 💗

I recently got to assist a very special person in her quantum hypnosis session... my former dance partner and dear friend Maryna, with whom I had shared a beautiful, intense, and very pivotal part of my "past life" as a professional ballroom dancer. 🕺🏻

Her Higher Self had prepared a very emotional and insightful journey for her, and she was ready to dive right into it! After having trusted each other on the dancefloor for years, it was very moving to now be able to work together with Maryna in this even more intimate way. 🫶🏻

Once Angela's journey had begun, her Superconscious (SC) sent her off-planet to her fascinating home world - a treat for everyone involved, since discovering different civilizations and ways of life in our Universe is probably my favourite part of this work. (Watch out for my next book about Starseeds which is almost complete!) After a very emotional reunion with her loved ones, the young woman remembered why she had decided to come to Earth and what exactly she wanted to do here. 🌌

In this swift compact-session, we were reminded by the SC that Starseeds/Volunteers/Wanderers are not always supposed to transform our world through challenge, struggle, and strain. We learnt that some come here "to do a gentle service," and so it's very important for them "to be gentle to themselves as well!" The SC stressed the value of flowing with life, but also encouraged to make sure one "follows the pull" when it is felt, since there is usually a higher purpose behind it. 💡

1. The entrance to my refuge in this city, the beautiful Günthersburgpark.

2. "My" tree. I just love her so much and intuitively feel drawn to her.

3. Grounding is always a great idea, especially when you are surrounded by concrete.

4. The boule lanes and the Orangerie, a beautiful venue for concerts and events.

5. The pull up bars I use in spring and summer. In winter, I just walk past them lol.

6. An interesting tree formation I call "Three Sisters." Can you see their faces?

7. From the top of the park, you have a lovely view onto Frankfurt's skyline.

8. Some beautiful artwork created by children of a local school. It always brings me joy!

9. The final stretch of my round through the park.

10. One of the most traditional bakeries in Frankfurt (), just 100m from my studio. They have amazing cakes!

I love flying because it always remind me of how important it is to take a step back and look at life from a higher perspective. 😌

When we're "on the ground," fully immersed in the human experience, our challenges appear Insurmountable at times and we can't see beyond them. But once we tune into our Higher Self, we're able to see the context and the beauty of what we're going through. 💗

It's easiest to connect and raise our perspective when we're still, so I invite you to practice today by sprinkling moments of stillness throughout your Sunday. Are you with me? 🙌🏻

Dominik's main intention for his quantum hypnosis session was to uncover his purpose for this incarnation. His Superconscious (SC) honored that and let him know that what he came to do on Earth he had already done in other places before. 😌

But Starseeds don't just come to serve, they also use the precious opportunity to learn and grow. And even though the SC gave a lot of helpful information, they also made sure that there was enough left for Dominik to uncover and experience on his own: "The more we interfere, the less he will learn!" 🙌🏻

Ali's main intention was to connect with his greater Self, and he did that so well - specially for someone with no formal hypnosis experience! 👏🏻

Once connected, he was guided by his Superconscious (SC) into two contrasting environments used symbolically to show "the importance of shifting one's focus from living in the mind to living from the heart," as they later explained. We were also reminded by the SC that "healing has to take place in yourself first before you are able to help others!" 🙏🏻

Over the last weeks, I got to work with several couples - friends, partners, and spouses. It reminded me of how blissed those of us are who walk the path of awakening with someone at their side, someone they can share their spirituality with, and with whom they can talk about anything. 💗

Many of my clients have chosen another path: they often feel completely by themselves - in families and friend circles who don't really "get them", who don't share their broadening horizon or evolving values. To them, it's beyond profound when they learn (and feel) that they are never really alone, that they have an entire Team at their side they can connect with at any time. And frequently, their human tribe is just waiting for them to join once they break free of their old social structures and take a leap into their purpose. 🙌🏻

Daniela was treated to an intense energetic cleansing by her higherdimensional Team that lasted more than an hour! Multiple old traumas, emotional blockages, and negative beliefs were removed from the system in order to clear the way for Daniela to step into her life purpose. She was literally beaming after her session! 🌟

On this very emotional Soul Journey, we learned that "first-timer" Starseeds frequently choose early childhood trauma to accelerate their spiritual evolution towards integrating self-love. Also, we were reminded by the Higher Self that for us to grow, we must take a leap of faith into the unknown. They assured us they will always catch us - but we have to jump! 💪🏻

I had a wonderful time working with Sascha! His Superconscious (SC) helped him learn a lot about himself, and they even tasked him with having more realizations and finding more connections when listening to his session recording in the future. 💡

On this 3 hour-journey, we explored several past lives of Sascha, brilliantly selected by his SC. Also, we were reminded of how helpful seemingly mundane things such as sunlight, breathing, time in nature, and drinking water are when it comes to letting go of old patterns and beliefs. ☀️
