हामीले हाम्रो जीवनमा धेरै कुराहरु छोड्न सक्दैनौं जुन कुराहरुले हामीलाई मानसिक तहमा खुशी हुन दिएको छैन, हाम्रो मानसिक विकास मा मदत पुराएको छैन, अझ तल झार्ने काम गरेको छ र अगाडि बढ्न दिएको छैन। यस्तो कुराहरूलाई अझै समाएर बस्ने गर्छौं।आफूलाई हानी हुने कुराहरु छोड्न सिकौं र खुशी भएर जीवन बिताउँ।

Hi there, my name is Dinesh Gahatraj and I'm a qualified psychologist. I'm happy to say that I have earned my Master's degree in Education Psychology and Clinical Psychology from Goethe University Frankfurt am Main.

Originally from Nepal, I have always had a passion for helping others improve their mental health and well-being. My education has given me the tools and knowledge to assist people in overcoming their current problems and develop mental resilience for a stress-free life.

In addition to my academic achievements, I have also gained valuable insights from my life experiences. I am fluent in several languages such as English, German, Hindi, and Urdu.

विगतमा अल्झिएर कोही पनि अगाडि बढ्न सकेको छैन।विगतले हामीलाई धेरै हानि पुर्याउने काम गर्छ तर हामीले विगतलाई हेरेर केहि कुरा सिक्ने गर्यौं भने तेही विगतले हाम्रो सुनौलो भविष्य तय गर्छ। तर विगतलाई हेरेर हामी दुखी, क्रोधित, उदास भयौं भने त्यो विगतले, त्यो सम्झनाले हामीलाइ पछि पार्ने काम गर्छ, हामीलाई मानसिक रोगी बनाउँछ, त्यसैले बिगतलाइ हेरौं केही कुरा सिक्न को लागि, फर्केर जाउ केही कुरा बुझ्नको लागि।यसो गर्नाले तपाईं वर्तमानमा र भविष्यमा खुसी हुन सक्नुहुन्छ।

हामी जीवनमा खुसि हुन नसक्नुको कारण अरुसँग तुलना गर्नु र हाम्रो जीवनमा के छैन भन्ने कुरामा हाम्रो ध्यान जानु हो।अरुसँग तुलना गरेर हामी कहिलै पनि खुशी हुन सक्दैन। त्यसैले हामीले जहिले पनि हामीसँग के छ त, हाम्रो जीवनमा के के राम्रो भएको छ भन्नेबारे सोच्नुपर्छ नकी हामीसँग के छैन अरु सँग के छ।
