Our energy system has a certain “anatomy”. We have different subtle energy bodies, a physical body and energetic “organs” that we call the chakras.
But one of the main parts of this human energy system is what we call the CORE CHANNEL. It is a channel of energy that runs through our body, from the top of the head (Crown Chakra) all the way down to the Base Chakra at the end of the spine.
This is what we call our CENTER. But most of the time, we don’t feel it. Every day we lose ourselves in our routines, in work, in discussions with people.
And then, resting in a moment of silence, we suddenly realize that we were basically running on "auto pilot", doing things without consciousness. But we were not ourselves! We were not listening to what our body needed or to what our various subpersonalities were saying.
Now imagine, you would instead create moments during your day, in which you center yourself back again... to make yourself feel better, to take decisions more consciously and to just create a more relaxed life…
Here is, how you can center yourself:
• TAKE A BREATH – From time to time, just stop for a moment and take a deep and conscious breath. Do it several times and imagine you are letting go of stress and tension with every breath.
• BRING YOUR ENERGIES IN – Visualize the energies vibrating around you (your energy field). And then imagine your CORE CHANNEL has a magnetic force that can pull those outside energies in. Move them while you are breathing deeply. If you can visualize this, it will happen!
• LET ENERGY FLOW – And then imagine you are moving the energies inside of your CORE CHANNEL. With your Inhale, the energy is moving up all the way to the top of your head and with your exhale it moves down to your base chakra. You can do this sitting or standing. And this is also a very good way of starting your morning meditation ;)
