yoga is a 24/7 job...besides bringing peace & balance to the physical body, it is a series of techniques + a system of living that awaken us to inner truth, our inner GODliness. yoga uses breathing exercises & mantra (sacred sound), physical postures, devotional practices & service to scientifically awaken this inner truth 💛💛💛 ...on my path💛
in a yoga session I shared here, I inspired to take L*D ( breath that are Long Slow Deep). just breath, move & be radically alive💛
enjoy the journey, be in awe of all gods around (or not) & stay balanced (or not). always remember: our lives are a gift, our lives are sacred💛

if our yoga practice is making us see our shadow - digging deep into the mud - and is dissolving it we are probably on the right path. yoga is not about taking deep breaths, sophisticated postures and just feel good; it is the full inner purification and for that to happen we have to see the mud settled in all inner layers. holistic yoga is the way to refine our being into evolved humans...
the ayurlign approach integrates yoga, ayurveda & vedic astrology to align with the deep wisdom inherent in all of us...no matter how thick the layers...

learning jyotish makes me regularly look at my planetary alignment at birth (possibly the reason why I started studying this infinite wisdom at all) to better understand my path, to grow, to evolve... today divine intelligence told me that I may not belong to one country, one teacher, or one path. but I belong to life & I do belong to love. my home is where my practice is and where my heart is seen. I feel blessed by this divine power, feel strong, guided & supported though joy is comprised in a certain area of life. I am asked to remember not to shy away and face challenge. buckle up as it's time to leave old karmas with lineage and masculine authority behind...
