We are more than happy to welcome back lovely as our new guest teacher. She will take over all Mysore classes, some summer substitions and stay until end of August.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Ashtanga Mysore schedule
Mo - Thu: Ashtanga Mysore 7.00 - 9.00 am
Fr: Ashtanga Mysore Led Class 6.00 - 7.30 pm
Sun: Ashtanga Mysore 8.00 - 10.00 am

Maia is from Argentinia with a backround from classical dance (trained by Titiana Fesenko in Russian classical ballet) and a Yoga teacher.

After touring and traveling the world she started to practice martial arts and Hatha Yoga. She even decided to settle in New Delhi and dedicates herself for two years into the study of Hatha, Ashtanga, Bhakti yoga. With her Guru Mohan Karki she developed special trainings for WESTERN instructors following a traditional Indian school with ancestral contents and pure philosophy.

Today she is one of the few authorized teachers in Latin America with almost countless additional trainings (Holistic Healthcare foundation society India) - she has studied and practiced many styles with different teachers. More infos are on our website!

Thai Massage Workshop mit Desiree & Malvine
24. Mai 2025: 12:00 - 15:00 Uhr:

Erlene die Techniken der Nuad Thai Massage, was übersetzt "Heilsame Berührung" bedeutet. Muskeln und Sehnen werden entspannt, Blockaden gelöst und Energiebahnen geöffnet. Das Wochenende ist für alle Yogi(ni)s geeignet - auch ohne Lehrerzertifikat.

New class alert 📣 we are super happy to announce a new fabulous teacher, Lena and her new class! Vinyasa Yoga is starting this Sunday at 4-5.15 pm!

Lena fell in love with Yoga while living in New York and has been teaching Yoga since 2022. Her teaching approach is a liquid-style Vinyasa with an emphasis on hands-on assists. In her own practice, she likes to change it up and incorporate different yoga practices and functional movement.
She completed her teacher training with Simon Park and has trained with Carling Harps, Alex Perez, Klara Puski and others.
