Navel stream or triple heater
I call it „we heal when we feel„ because when a high emotional containment in our body doesn’t find ways out it turns against ourselves, contaminating our body system.
The triple heater meridian is the only meridian that is not connected to a corresponding organ. Rather, it is a functional unit within the body that regulates the absorption, processing and excretion of the body, among other things.
Disturbances in the meridian course prevent the supply of energy to all organs, which leads to a weak immune system, metabolic problems, extreme sensitivity to the weather, resistance on every level (especially when it comes to changes), disturbances in the temperature balance in the body, menopause complaints, water retention, digestive problems and intolerances/allergies of all kinds, as well as disorders of the respiratory tract and much more.
This meridian, along with the small intestine, has the strongest receptivity to shock and trauma, so every traumatic experience is stored in the meridian course of the triple heater. Thus, the triple heater expresses itself in the body fascia, it's most responsive and largest projection surface.
It extends over all three trunk areas to the limbs and all tissues. The triple warmer distributes a special Qi that is produced in the kidneys. It regulates the relationship between the different organs and divides the Qi among them. Furthermore, it exerts a functional relationship between different organs that regulate the water in the body. The interaction is mainly between the lungs, spleen and kidneys, as well as between the small intestine and the bladder.
Upper, middle and lower warmer are divided into three sections:
The Upper Warmer distributes the Qi from the diaphragm upwards: functional circuit of the diaphragm, heart and lungs, which connects the energy gained from food and breathing (breathing Qi) and distributes it throughout the body.
The Medium Warmer delivers Qi to the area between the diaphragm and the navel (functional circuit of the spleen, pancreas, stomach, liver, small and large intestine) and thus promotes digestion and assimilation.
The lower warmer (functional circuit kidney, bladder, "digestive fire") transports the Qi to the area below the navel and is associated with reproduction and excretion.
Basically, it has a physical support effect on, among other things:
Problems in metabolism
Tinnitus
Ear, chest, eyes and throat disorders
Regeneration
Joint complaints, neck stiffness
Regulation of body temperature (thermostat of the body)
Menopause symptoms
Water retention
Digestive problems
Allergies/Intolerances
Respiratory problems
Development of the vertebrae/straightening of the spine
Problems that have to do with an unbalanced water balance, such as swelling or urinary incontinence or
difficulty urinating
On the level of the soul, it has an supportive effect on, among other things:
Represents the most important and receptive projection surface for the soul (next to the small intestine), in which every experienced shock and trauma event is stored.
Accordingly, those traces can be seen as emotional erosion having a strong supportive effect in shock and trauma therapy.
At the same time, it provides deeper information about the development of certain complaints in connection with mentally repressed (traumatic) emotions (psychosomatics).
In general, this functional unit stands for the connection and integration of the emotional flow that harmonizes (emotions that flow) or disharmonizes (emotions that do not flow) or disfunction (flow too much at one point (retention) or too little at another point (body, neck, joint rigidity)). According to this it is important to understand that and how water concentration in the body reflects and symbolizes human emotions, and its flow not only influences our water regulation, but also determines the blood and lymph flow in the body (suspended sensations express themselves in congestion and flowing sensations in vital life energy).
The art of healing does not replace medical treatment.
