The high quality requirements that we set for our products have not changed since Hermann Medizintechnik GmbH was launched in 1961. For us, highest standard means vast experience coupled with the latest production technology – always meeting the high requirements demanded of our products through developments in medical and surgical techniques; listening and responding to our clients’ requests and continuing with our tradition of innovation. In 1969, we started to manufacture surgical tungsten carbide scissors. We were the first company in Europe and the second worldwide to do so. Then came the “Minimal Invasive Surgery“ challenge in the late 1980s: Hans Hermann GmbH invested copiously in the field of MIC instruments and consolidated its position in this new marketplace with considerable success. This could be partly attributed to the continuing training of employees who set the basis for our current product range through their targeted and motivated approach. The range comprises MIC instruments and accessories for laparoscopy, arthroscopy and urology.

1995 witnessed a soar in the production of implant systems. Plates and screws manufactured from high-quality pure titanium – initially for maxillary and facial surgery, and later for hand, radial and foot surgery. Obviously we are dedicated to constantly expanding and rounding off our implant portfolio.

“Smile if you want to switch to another department” – this little note brought us lots of laughs 😄.
But honestly, it doesn’t really have as much to do with a genuine desire to switch to another department –
it’s more about the fact that a smile is never very far away here!
Whether in the office, in production, or in service—at Hermann, we laugh a lot, help each other, and get things done together.
Humor is just as much a part of our everyday life as team spirit and mutual support.
Because when you feel good at work, you're automatically in a good mood.

O’zapft war!
Letzten Freitag hieß es bei uns: Oktoberfest-Time mit dem ganzen Team! 🥨
Neben leckerem Essen und bester Stimmung gab’s auch jede Menge Spaß bei unseren Spielen – Bingo, Bierdeckel-Flip und Katapult sorgten für ordentlich Action und Lacher!
Solche Abende zeigen einfach, wie stark unser Team zusammenhält – und wie viel Freude wir gemeinsam haben!
Ein riesiges Dankeschön an alle fürs Mitfeiern – und natürlich an die Crew vom Restaurant Bergsteig für das super Essen und den klasse Service! 🙌
