I am excited to share that I will be guiding the Yoga part of a Yoga & Cultural Journey to Bhutan — the Land of the Yogis. 🧘‍♀️

Alongside our daily practice we will explore Bhutan’s rich culture 🐉, visiting sacred temples 🪷, breathtaking valleys 🌈, and unique places ✨.

We have enjoyed our Lunch-Yoga Stunde for a bit more than a year now. It has been a great opportunity to share the Niguma series with all of you. I deeply value it.

However, I feel it is time to move on and take the Tibetan Yoga to another level: the Tibetan Heart Yoga SPECIAL CLASSES. Many of the Tibetan Heart Yoga series are derived from Niguma’s Yoga: The path continues.
