Yoga Tour / Retreat in BHUTAN

The retreat will take place from *13th to 26th April 2025* (during Easter Holidays).

This is a unique opportunity to practice where Yogis still meditate in caves!

We have enjoyed our Lunch-Yoga Stunde for a bit more than a year now. It has been a great opportunity to share the Niguma series with all of you. I deeply value it.

However, I feel it is time to move on and take the Tibetan Yoga to another level: the Tibetan Heart Yoga SPECIAL CLASSES. Many of the Tibetan Heart Yoga series are derived from Niguma’s Yoga: The path continues.
